Residence Select

Overall it was a good experience. The hotel had very good price/quality ratio for this part of the city. About 10-12 min walk to Vaclavske Nameste and 15 min - to the central railway station. Breakfast was good. Personnel was helpful. Wifi was pretty stable. The room was very spacious

Just some very minor comments. Please, fix the carpet near the elevator at the 1st floor. And also - it is good, that you have renovation of the breakfast room at the basement floor, but, guys, probably it wasn't a good idea to do it during the breakfast

This property is one of the best places to stay in Prague in terms of value for money. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and cleaned daily. Its location is incredibly convenient, allowing easy travel to any part of the city, whether you prefer public transportation or walking. The place is located near metro station number 2, trams, and bus lines, and there are two supermarkets and several restaurants nearby. Moreover, the staff is superb and always ready to assist you.

Everything was perfect, no complains.

Room was basic but could sleep three with the couch. Also, it had a rea; kitchen with a burner and a kettle. However, the kitchen ventilator does not work and there were no switches to turn on the light or the ventilator. So it's a bit of cooking in the dark except for the light of the room to shed shome to the kitchen. I like the storage when on the last day, the receptionist locked the storage and put a tag on my bag especially my laptop pack. The breakfast was simple but more than enough - so many coffee choices to choose from and it was enough although sausages would be nice since Eastern Europe are famous for sausages.

For the price, I can't complain. Upgrade the furniture to make it feel modern - the reception area has a fresh feel with the contemporary furniture.

The room was big with plenty of space and clean. The receptionists were nice and helpful answering my all questions and guiding me through when I needed. Overall I am really happy with my stay and if back in Prague I would choose the same place and will definitely reccomend it to my friends and anyone.

I appreciated the kitchenette and I think it would've been useful if the tea pot and the pan were working on that stove. There was electricity but I don't think they're the correct pots and pans for it therefore I couldn't make any use of it. There was a TV in the room, wasn't working as some updates were done, the kind receptionist changed the cables and made it work but after she left the remote wasn't working, realised the day after there were no batteries, went and asked for some but when I went again back up wouldn't do anything so no TV in the background. These are just minot points if could be rectified it would be a perfect stay.

Modern room with kitchenette (hot plate / sink) located at rear of property. Good access to town centre via tram / metro, your around 5 minutes walk from nearest metro station. 24 hour front desk

At the price paid nothing.

I think the location is great. But I prefer staying outside of the old town which is too noisy with stags and drunks. This place puts you anywhere you need to be on foot in 20 minutes which is the best way to see Prague. The room was also huge and the check-in guy was friendly.

I think it could be a bit cheaper. $40 a night seems fairer for the level of the hotel.

Close to most landmarks and public transport Grocery store and restaurant nearby I like that the room not only has a mini bar but also mini stove so you can cook your own meals if you like

Some of the furniture and kitchen gadgets are a little outdated but that can be easily improved :)

We really like the location and the comfort of the room. There were everything we needed: big space, unusual and nice kitchen, comfortable beds. We are grateful to the Hotel Residence Select staff for the hospitality and for the special proposition for Ukrainians! We even stayed here for one more night )

Room was very spacious and clean, staff was nice and available. We had a mini-kitchen inside a closet with dishware and refrigerator included. 5 minute walk to the subway

Not many vegan options for breakfast, but it was good overall

Lovely old hotel great situation easy walk into the city centre. Close to the rail station.

No complaints at all. Wonderful staff and excellent breakfast.
