Hotel NOIR

The hotel is situated in a good location, next to the metro, little shop, and some restaurants. The room was clean, not very spacious, but cosy. A very tasty breakfast, with a variety of food, especially sweets 😊

The strange thing was that the wardrobe room didn't have lightning, so you need to use a flashlight to find your clothes. Another thing we didn't like was that in the bathroom there wasn't any normal space to put cosmetics. So these things should be improved, so the stay would be perfect.

Location of hotel, modern interior design of rooms, spatious room, bathroom with bathtub, garden, private parking. Metro and tram station nearby and also local groceries and restorans.

Elevator out of order. Hotel stuff is not always available, and due the COVID situation, room is not cleaning regularly.

Beautiful, chic hotel very close to Prague's city center, with big, comfortable rooms and a stylish bathroom look & feel (the bathtub was a relaxing lux bonus on chilly, rainy days). A great value for money, definitely exceeded my expectations. Quite enjoyed the black and white color pattern, with pops of red. Quiet too even though on a main street. Check out the coffee shop right next to the hotel, Lights Coffee, great coffee and breakfast/ brunch. Right next to both a metro and tram station, very convenient.

Only minor thing were the stairs to and from the elevator to the actual rooms, probably due to the configuration of this older building. So if lugging a heavy suitcase (and a muscle ache as I had those days), you couldn't escape a flight of stairs even if taking the elevator.

Really nice hotel with a truly great, incredibly kind and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, clean sheets, nice set of toiletries. Very convenient location, nearby metro station and tramline. It was a pleasure to stay in, it was quiet and the old building structure with thick walls as well as the carpeted floors really help with the acoustics inside the room. I slept well and woke up rested. There is a big outdoor garden area with plenty of seats, must be great in the summer. I enjoyed my stay and consider this hotel a good value for money, will definitely stay over again whenever visiting Prague in the future

Nothing major really, bathrooms might need a bit of deeper cleaning, especially those black tiles look honestly fab, but they are not the easiest to maintain in pristine condition.

Breakfast was a good selection and kept well stocked. We also enjoyed the rear garden area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff were very good. We would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend the hotel.

The attic room which we had had small roof lights which gave you no view at all, plus the bed was under the sloping ceiling making it tricky to get out of bed. The lights in the room were a little dim and the switching to turn them off was not that good.

I like the food, location almost everything. Except for 1 thing.

There was a bed mite. We found out that the cause of my husbands redness is not from wherever we have been but in the bed matress itself. We didn't have time to ask to change rooms cause I saw it crawling at around 1 AM and we are not that super sensitive with this things. I t did not come into my mind to check the mattress at first because all looks new. It was room 403. I Seldom leave reviews but this time I think I have to.

We stayed for a week in the hotel and were traveling by car with a dog. We were accommodated in a triple room and the room was really spacious. The room has a bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet, which was nice. The internet was pretty good. Both of us had to work during the week and participate in conference calls and the wifi was just fine. There is a big desk in the room which can fit two people, even if they have separate monitors along with the laptop. The staff was really friendly and always happy to assist. There is small parking - just a few parking spots, so if you plan to travel by car make sure you save a parking spot in advance.

The location is not bad, it is just a few km away from the old city and there are really nice restaurants, coffee places and bars nearby but the hotel is on a boulevard so it might get noisy during the night.

The hotel is immaculate very clean and very well maintained and design is very well thought out with all facilities in the room to make stay very comfortable location is excellent few minutes walk to i p Pavlova metro and tram stations with easy access to all attractions in prague and an easy walk to mesum main shopping area lots of local bars and restaurants . The garden of the hotel is amazingly beautiful. The staff in particular the lady at the reception when I arrived on 1st September and Peter who was in charge of the reception later in the afternoon were very professional polite pleasant and helpful A perfect 10 is fully deserved and definitely highly recommended

Nothing it was perfect

As we booked early the price was outstanding compared to other similar hotels. The room was modern and cozy with a little fridge as well. The bed was convenient. The staff were nice and we could leave our luggage after checking out.

In the bathroom we had to put one of the towels in order not to have wet floor outside. Also, after we used the shower, we couldn't use the mirror area as everything was wet (and we were not spilling the water). Although, these are minor disadvantages compared to what we get.

The location is perfect to explore the city. easy access to C line and tram 22 and only 15 minutes away if the national museums. The room was always warm enough, and hot water was always running. finally, the stuff was really friendly and willing to help us . Special Thanks to Nikita! Definitely would recommend to fellow travelers.

Although the room was clean, they didn’t provide us with additional bathroom amenities when they cleaned the room (such as shower gel etc)..
