For the price this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in on mainland Europe. I put that in context, when I say again - at this price. The hotel was comfortable, clean, perfectly located and the staff were super friendly. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the area was ok. The hotel is only a short tram/underground ride to the old town. Breakfast was decent as well. Our room was big, comfortable for 2 and again for the money I could not fault it. I would definitely stay here again should I visit Prague.

All the staffs are very kind and willing to help. The reception staffs use Google map to help us find laundry shop and post office. The room is clean, and all facilities is working well. The location of hotel is very convenient, it close to the bus stop and underground.

Although the room is clean, but it seem to be old. When I lay down on the bed, the frame will have some noise. The door is a bit hard to open and close. We don't have dust bin at the first day stay. However, they give us one asap.

Please make sure you get a quote in Czech krona with all cost, as they do not take any other currencies. Payment was on a cancellation any time but hotel places hold on 12 days before arrival. Was charged an extra €25 which could not be explained when showed booking.com cost with additional taxes for stay. Only thing I could think of was the exchange rate but B.com Said paid on € at hotel Breakfast was not used as my daughter tried and there was not much selection and apples like sponge cushions. 3rd bed was very hard Shower was a hand held, position only needed to be moved up by maintenance as was at bath top level 😞

The accommodation has an excellent location, very close to the metro station and the tram station. The room was spacious and enlightened. The personnel was polite and friendly. The breakfast was good and included tasty pastries.

Overall it was a good stay, however there are things that can get better. The heating system was not functioning in our room, but the receptionist helped us with a portable electric heater to use throughout our stay. Also, some interior refurbishment and diversity increase of breakfast could be an idea of improvement.

Great, if somewhat ye olde worlde hotel, in a suburb of Praha, close to the city centre. The spacious room impressed, as did the air conditioning on a warm summer evening. Breakfast was included, and was lovely, putting us on for the train trip to Budapest later that day. The hotel is located just around the corner from the tram/metro stop of I.P. Pavlova, thus offering great connections to all parts of the city. All in all, I can't fault this great hotel.

Absolutely nothing.

HOTEL: Very clean, staff were lovely and very accommodating. Room was very large - could easily have fitted another two double beds in. Bathroom was spacious too and high power water pressure. There are two lifts - the one at the back is better and bigger. They do have drinks you can also buy by reception. LOCATION: Great location. Next door to a little newsagents and chemist. KFC, McDs and Starbucks on the doorstep. Tesco express literally 2 mins walk (one street away). Tram number 22 literally outside the hotel - takes you straight to the castle and goes through all the sights on route. Train station also next to hotel, and another station by the tescos. 3 day ticket for all trains, bus and trams for approx £9. All transport is super easy to use. Tram 22 is the best one as it goes everywhere you’d want to see as a tourist. TIP- you don’t need an airport transfer. Come out of arrivals and get your public transport ticket for 3 days (£9) then get the bus directly outside the arrivals (entrance D) number 119. Get off when it pulls into the train station (about 12 mins) and jump on the Train (only one line) to Muzeum. Should take 40 mins max. Taxi takes more time and costs £30+

Views aren’t great so not for someone wanting that. I wouldn’t class it a luxury hotel but it’s perfect for someone who wants something good quality but value.

staff was really helpful, also the location of the hotel is very accessible to touristic places via tram lines 6 and 22. The breakfast is good.

The hotel is lacking air conditioners , they put an electrical fan in the room but wasn't enough. also they didn't change towels at all throughout our stay (5 days)

Spacious room, heater was working perfectly fine, breakfast is good (with two types of salad, fresh veggies), location is just 10-15 min walk to Old town

The mattresses on the double bed are two single ones. They are very light and all the time split into two, so I was always between them. Dust in the wardrobe and on the lamp should be cleaned, quote outdated furniture.

The breakfast was ok, not very fancy or perfect, but was enough to start the day nice! There are nice bakeries and cafes around the hotel. The staff was great, They were speaking very good english and they were very kind! The location is very good! near some attractions but was away from the most famous attractions about 30 minutes walking (it was ok), we walked a lot but we like it! The neigborhood has a lot of young people which is very nice

I wanted the shower to be a litle bit bigger, and to be the power just by the bed to charge easier the phone. but we like it anyway.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about. Breakfast for everyone, enough for going out with energy. People are very nice, eager to help with any information you may need. The room is large and bright, nice old/vintage furniture, great wi-fi if you need it, clean and well maintained facilities. Location is great, too: walking distance to Wenceslas Square, 100m to tram/metro station I.P. Pavlova, easy to use the public transport everywhere in Prague.

The hotel is placed just near the tram crossroads and it is a bit noisy for those who are very sensitive, though.
