Green Garden Hotel

The location is perfect indeed. In the center of everything, yet peaceful enough to sleep without noise. The staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious enough and the bed is extremely comfortable. I've had a breakfast included as well and can't complain. Something for anyone's taste. Hotel really exceeded my expectations. I've stayed there for 2 weeks and I'll surely go back again.

The only thing one can point out is slightly week wifi. This only impacted me because I was on business trip and needed stronger connection. Otherwise, I wouldn't even pay attention to it!

Breakfast was amazing with hot and cold dishes. Great coffee. They have a full restaurant, but we did not eat there. Location is great for finding good restaurants and metro/tram access. Staff had good English. Elevator available. Room large and well lit. Air conditioning in room. Daily service.

Comfortable bed and room size (quadruple) with full bathroom. The building and room styles are the reason we chose it. The room is exactly the same as the photos, which is charming and nostalgic. The surrounding area is quiet and has some options for eating. We had breakfast (paid), which was hearty and worthwhile.

Although the location of the hotel is a little bit far away from the tourist spots, it is still acceptable if you walk to Charles Bridge or even Prague Castle. We headed to the National Technical Museum by Uber, and it cost about CZK120. The only inconvenience is the lack of coin-operated washing machines and dryers, but the hotel offers washing and ironing for extra payment.

By priority: 1. Cleanliness - clean room, clean toilet and shower. 2. Staff - kind, welcoming, willing to help. Everyone. 3. Quiet. 4. All the services included were excellent. (means for making coffee, a safe, changing towels, the elevator, etc. 5. There are many sockets for electricity. There is a metro station and a tram about 500 meters from the hotel. We used it a lot. When standing on the side of the hotel, you can see the National Museum located in Wenceslas Square. The hotel is in Prague 2, close to Prague 1. A little far from the center. You can get anywhere by metro. It suited us. We had a great time. No doubt, on the next visit, we will return to this hotel. We did not eat at the hotel. We eat only kosher food. There is a restaurant for breakfast and dinner. There is a bar. Thank you

The staff were extremely helpful. They were able to arrange an early check-in and a late check-out with no hassle at all, for which we are thankful. The service was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and with an excellent AC. It was cleaned every single day we were staying in the hotel. Our room was facing a courtyard, so it was very quiet too. The breakfast was positively superb - there was a lot of choice and everything was very tasty. The location of the hotel is very convinient too. It is located in a city center, but outside of the most touristy spots - this means that getting around the city is easy but the area itself is quiet. Overall, we had an amazing experience during our stay.

- Spotlessly clean in every nook and cranny! - We felt immediately welcomed both by the staff and the general cleanliness and brightness of the hotel - nicely positioned within the city - good selection of toiletries - solid hotel breakfast with many good options, including vegetarian ones and good drinks - very helpful employees that fully compensate for the minimal shortcoming of not having a parking spot right in front of the hotel/inside of it

- We had to pay extra for the parking and it was 5 min on foot from the hotel BUT we were guided there by a hotel employee in a car and then taken back to the hotel by car as well!

Location is not bad . Clean and big rooms with a little bit smaller bathrooms. Breakfast is good . Furniture is old style but nice , bad was nice and big. Two ladies from front desk were quite nice which I can’t say for their male college who even didn’t say hallo when someone passed in front of the reception . They clean rooms every day , you have tea and coffee in room and it is free of charge. Safe is modern and good . TV with lots of channels from all over the world.

We were at IV floor and internet was 1/10 , very very slow and bad which is disappointing in now days . Stuff is professional but without real hospitality but this is a well known problem of whole Prague and I don’t like at all.

A huge thank you to the hotel staff, they really made our stay worthwhile-for example, they remembered our individual food choices and they prepared everything for us when we had breakfast without asking:))). Also, the hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet. The room we had was great with a huge and comfortable bed. If we’re in Prague again, we’ll stay here again:)).

The hotel is located between two busy streets and you don’t actually notice this due to great insulation of the rooms (ours was on the courtyard side). However, it would be better if at breakfast there was some independent ventilation instead of relying on opening the windows to the river of cars flowing.

the service time at the restaurant is very long, not all the range of the dishes was available at 8pm. the bathroom wasn’t clean, a long black hair was left inside.

This hotel was better than we anticipated. The room was cozy and traditionally decorated. The beds were perfect and it had everything we needed. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. So many high quality choices. The staff was very helpful when my mom fell and needed medical attention. They provided a crutch, ice, bandages and directed us to the nearby hospital. They really cared and made our stay memorable.

The breakfast area was a little cramped but nothing terrible.
