Park Holiday Congress & Wellness Hotel

The room was nice, the hotel just some years old, everyone friendly and professional. Since it is a wellness hotel everything smells a bit like sauna, it is very warm in the hall and as an extension in the rooms, but by opening the windows and shutting down all heating, that can be managed. Breakfast is OK, not super divers, but it was OK.

Over 3.000 CZK (123 Euro) is just too much for one night with parking, yes Prague is near, but still the place is quite a bit away and for the overall quality 100.- Euro would be fair. My room was at the end of a corridor, perhaps that's why the Wifi connection was terrible, I had a Teams call, we had to deactivate all cameras and still there was a lot of stutter. In the bathroom the shower doors open only outside, so you end up with a wet floor, with doors swinging both sides, that could be avoided.

The pool, saunas and jacuzzi. Also the restaurant which offered some choices for vegetarians and fish lovers as well as more typical dishes. The bedroom was much bigger than expected, with very comfortable beds.

The lack of signposting in the spa area, which left us wandering around looking for the sauna rooms. Although or room was fine, the bathroom was a bit shabby and had seen better days. The info pack in the room should have included a restaurant menu - it was a strange omission. Lastly, the pillows were ridiculous - a choice between massive and overstuffed, or very thin and unsupportive. I had neck ache in the morning so my advice would be: bring your own pillows f from home.

•All staff was amazing (except massages). •A lot of activities on one place. •Wellness part. Clean. Nice and open from 7am. •Good quality massage. •A lot of options for breakfast. •Balcony.

•The massaged part is closed on Sunday and they were nearly fully book even the hotel had just a few people accommodated. We could book half an out for each. The Thai lady was rude and instead of 30 mins the massage took 20mins. •The hotel offers a big bed for couples which I requested. And it was approved by the hotel. We got two beds next to each other and explanation that they are no big beds. We always woke up with a hole in the middle. •Cheap ingredients (breakfast). •Restaurant is more expensive and. quality is not there. We went to a restaurant nearby. Half priced meals and amazing food.

Nice room, good desk suitable for work with a laptop. Beds wide and long enough. Breakfast buffet had a decent amount of choice. Dinner was filling and tasty.

Chairs in the room had no felt under the legs so they made a lot of noice on the floor when moving them. The spa pool was slightly too cold for my liking, though that may be personal preference. For the price we'd just expected a bit more luxury and facilities included.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very clean as well. It’s in a quiet location. Lots of space and breakfast is great. All the staff were really nice. Wifi worked well. The shower in the penthouse was amazing. We stayed in the penthouse and it is huge. The pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna are all really lovely.

The bowling was not open. Penthouse could have : - a more comfortable and nicer sofa - a full length mirror - a variety of pillows (there is just one very big pillow to sleep on.) .

+ Room was very spacious. + Beds were comfortable. + Large breakfast spread. + Staff were accommodating and friendly. + Huge wellness area comprising an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna which were all well maintained. + Fun leisure activities at hotel: billiards, Badminton, bowling. + Good hotel restaurant.

- Sound insulation insufficient in rooms. - Minibar was not stocked sufficiently. (only water was there)

SPA and wellness were very good and the staff was well trained. Sports facilities were well maintained. The restaurant had great food as well.

Breakfast was very basic. should be improved. Very little vegetarian options. All the sports options were very good but each one required extra payment. Nothing was free not even the fitness studio.

Large room. We really felt like coming home. The rooms were luxury, and large. Modern and well maintained hotel in relaxing neighbourhood. Swimming pool is nice large with spa and sauna. Really enjoyable.

Unfortunately the swimming pool closes at 7pm for kids... so, also for the whole family. Sad. Only, although 18km, to center of Prague. The restaurant menu card is very limited, but the quality is very good. Parking cost seems to be a standard cost in the Czech Rep. Hard to find sockets to charge your phone.

The staff provided excellent service - they were helpful and friendly at all times. The spa and wellness area were lovely places to relax and get pampered. The food in the sports bar and restaurant was great.

The kicthens closed a little early considering there is not much else around the location, and the frisbee golf course needs maintenance.

We got late checkout for free. The spa and breakfast were great. The size of the rooms were spacious.

The cleaning staff are very imposing. They did not respect privacy and did not speak English. There might be a communication failure between hotel staff and cleaning staff.
