overall good value, private parking (extra fee) is within Prague standards, breakfast was ok, staff was nice and helpful (had a problem with my access card to the room - got solved in less than 24 hours)

hotel does have a rather "old feel" to it, pretty far from city center if that is where you are heading (1h30min walking), shower gel was not topped up during my stay (4 days) and only 1-2 room entries were made to check/change towels and other supplies (liquid soap, shower gel, toilet paper, etc)

Room was big enough for a family of four with proper beds and large wardrobe/cupboard storage. Thé Wellness area looked nice

Never used the Wellness facilities as quite expensive for a family (minimum 12 euros). Location is quite a way from the city but local bus service round the corner was prompt (nr 109) every 30 minutes until midnight and beyond to the nearest metro Palmovka. No restaurants nearby so ended up getting a takeaway delivered to the hotel on the first night using Wolt app.

Absolutely loved my stay the only thing that was wrong was how thin the mattress was everything else was outstanding staff were lovely.

The hotel is equipped with a small parking lot, all separated from the main street and inaccessible to outsiders. There is also a swimming pool, and the restaurant serves nice breakfast. Plus small corner shop in vicinity.

English speaking night staff would be a great bonus, but we managed with help of the internet. However, this is a minor issue and only applies to people arriving in the middle of the night. 😉

The property is near by to the public transportation. We will get 109 and 136 buses. Buffet breakfast was good and Reception was friendly. Table fan was provided upon request.

There is no Air conditioner in the rooms if the temperature was high it would be difficult luckily during the stay it rained and cool breeze was there.

The first time i have entered our hotel room it felt delightful, and now we love this hotel and will love to stay here a lot. And I would like to review the hotel a 10/10, and the respect from the workers made it better since they were phenomenal.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really loved my stay in Relax Inn. Very nice personnel, great location if you know why you're there - the hotel is close to the O2 Arena (a few mins walk distance) but not that close to the city center. Last but not least - breakfast was awesome.

They have a small parking so it might be full and then you have to pay quite a lot for a public one - but they will tell you that before you arrive so it's expected.

Like requested we got two spatious separate rooms, one for kids and one for us, with separate bathrooms also. Hotel is on a good location.

Personal really friendly The pool and sauna really nice it is really relaxing Breakfast isn’t fair , the juices are not that good but the coffee is really tasty

The room is not everyday cleaned really good but it is ok .

Quite clean and comfortable room at reasonable price with OK breakfast.

Parking place rules shall be better communicated. Finally I had to park my car on the street. Almost no restaurants around so for a dinner we had to move by car or public transport.
