Hotel Le 37 Bis

The entire staff was very attentive and available to help, providing us with basic items and even an umbrella. The facilities, although relatively small, are efficient and the rooms are well distributed. The location is also great for those who want to get around the city with public transport, being close to bus, metro and RER stops. But it is also close to restaurants, shops and markets.The sauna is a differential at the hotel and great for relaxing after an intense day in the city. Again the staff are very friendly and we will definitely return to le 37 bis when we are in Paris.

The breakfast was kind of limited, due to the structure and price of the hotel, we had a higher expectation. not bad but some lower hotels offer better breakfasts.

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I would like to especially mention great attitude and personal approach of receptionist Médina who was always smiling, offering various assistance, or helping all the travellers to get to their destinations during a general strike in Paris. A personal touch was a present and congrats note on my birthday, it was a great surprise and moving moment. Moreover, the breakfast selection was excellent, great idea is to replace a bottle of water in the room every day.

The single lift got sometimes blocked during day hours by the cleaning staff. The dining area is somewhat limited.

This is a "design" hotel, It was renovated within the last 3-4 years and decorated with a certain flair- trendy and chic! This is my third stay there. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well kept and maintained. It is located in an appartment block in the Neuilly neighbourhood, which is a quiet upmarket and relaxed area of Paris. Take the bus which stops in front of the hotel (43) and plunge right into the heart of Paris in minutes (Etoile/Faubourg St. Honoré/Haussman etc).

The ONLY complaint I have is that the size of the bed (king size and very comfortable!) takes up a lot of room and thus restricts somewhat mobility in the room. The rest of the room is very well planned with a cupboard/amenities space with coffee machine/safe etc) Bathroom is modern and functional and everything is "designed"

Charming room with a large window in the Parisian style. Very clean, delicious bed, hot shower with great pressure, high standard amenities of aromas and quality! Fluffy towels. Staff service was extremely cordial, friendly and nice. Tasty breakfast, varied, delicious. Several restaurants nearby, making us feel like real Parisians in their midst and not tourists. Wonderful! Neighborhood farthest away from the multitude of tourists in Paris, very quiet, close to the M1 metro line and very easy access to the many tourist attractions of the city.

We loved how welcoming the staff were; especially Medeana and Romani (both who spook flawless english)😊 They took care of our every need and went above and beyond for us countless times. The facilities where clean, easy to navigate, and useful. We loved the rainfall showers and the big comfy beds. The spa is so relaxing and is private to your room only for the allocated time slot, it is easy to book and use at your leisure. The location is just on the outskirts of central Paris (so it is cheaper than most areas) but is close to the metro which gets you everywhere in a matter of minutes. Overall our stay was fantastic and we are grateful to the team for our valentines day surprise of roses and champagne. Would 100% recommend and we will be returning in the near future.

The night staff could use a bit more manners but aprt from that perfect.

The location was in a quiet place, which I liked. There were a small supermarket and a handful of bars and eating places nearby. Did I need to carry luggages from the metro station? Yes, but to go to CDG airport, I just get on a taxi in front of the hotel, and it was just a short drive for the taxi to get onto the motorway. The bathroom size was just sufficient.

This hotel is a gem. The interior is stylish, the staff was super friendly and the room had all the facilities necessary for my one week stay (fridge, coffee machine, large closet, etc.). The Hotel is small and has an intimate feel, but at the same time everything is professionally managed. And: I could see the Eifel Tower from my window. The location may not be too exciting for tourists, but it is well connected and a pleasant residential areas with lots of nice restaurants and cafes (and bakeries!) around.

The hotel is newly refurbushed and redecorated. Style is mrodern and trendy., Installations and furniture are of good quality. There is a buffet breakfast in a light and airy room on the ground floor. It is located in Neuilly area, with a lot of nice quality shops nearby and good transport to town center There is underground parking along the street bu I did not use it. There is a small "SPA" in the lower floor (mainly a hammam arrangement as I figured out, but did not use). In room service has a coffee machine, hote water kettle and a base kit.

Rooms are a little bit small for my taste, but are well within the French hotel norms.

Location was very convenient for us as we were in Paris for the French Open, and this was a short bus or taxi ride away. The rooms were really nice and clean. The staff were really attentive, particularly Medina who made us feel really welcome. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but when we asked for recommendations the staff were very helpful.

Staff are exceptional and very friendly. Lady at reception took note that it was our anniversary and went above and beyond to make it special for us. Clean and spacious rooms, free coffee and tea in the rooms. Location is amazing with a bus stop right outside which takes you to the Eiffel Tower, also there is a metro stop 10 minutes away by foot!
