Hotel Saint Cyr Etoile

This hotel is located very close to the metro station Porte Maillot (maybe 5 minutes walk) and to the place where the Beauvais airport buses arrive (2-3 minutes walk). There's also a bus stop nearby. The Arc of Triumph is within 15 minutes walking distance. There are lots of small cafes, restaurants and shops close by. Long story short, location-wise it's perfect. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but this is typical of Paris, so no surprises there. The hosts at the reception desk all speak perfect English and are very kind and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided.

The room is a bit small, but as I said this is typical of Paris so I can't really complain of that. Just a point worth noting if you're travelling with lots of luggage it may not be so convenient.

I chose this hotel to be near to my main destination in the West of Paris. I usually stay in the centre. Breakfast was ok ; scrambled egg, Very over-cooked sausages, small rolls, croissants but medium grade packaged cheese, yogurt. Coffee was good. I thought 16 euros a bit steep. Room very nice and very comfortable bathroom. Bed also comfortable and quiet at the back. Very courteous welcome. Door of hotel and lift opened for me. Help in printing out directions for my visit.

Just the breakfast. And electronic keys. And an early morning wake up thanks to a malfunction of fire alarm.

The shower/tub has a rounded surface on the bottom so that it's very slippery to stand in. Shower mats are a necessity. Small lip/step-up into bathroom that was just enough to trip on. We put paper on the floor as a reminder that it's there. The room location overlooked mechanical equipment, which was a particularly unattractive.view. We just kept the drapes closed. The room's shared walls were not well-insulated. We had an elevator on one side and a group of loud people on the other. My husband was sick with a cough all night, which undoubtedly disturbed them, too. Smoker (hotel worker?) used front outside alcove entry to smoke, which blocked our entry, as we didnt want to walk through the concentrated smoke..

Very close to convention center, but not for premium pricing. Clean room with comfortable bed. Really friendly staff!

Noise isolation is an issue, luckily I had quiet neighbors. Shower is really tiny, beware if you're a large person. Elevator doesn't go up to fourth floor, can be problematic for some... So make sure you state this at reservation. Neighborhood has many restaurants at walking distance but really hit or miss, we had two misses while Google reviews had them rated at 4.5+ stars.

Location, size & facilities were just right. Matched with friendly staff. Less than a ten minute walk to the metro station and about 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop. Two small supermarkets and bakery's very near by and a pharmacy across the road. Breakfast at the hotel is good value taking into account the cost of breakfast at the nearest cafe.

There could have been more Coffee capsules left in the room. Drinks at the bar are very expensive.

The location was perfectly located near the conference centre where my congress was. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores on the street of the hotel. Arc de Triomphe was a 10-15 minute walk away. I had a very quiet room facing the courtyard. I have stayed in really noisy places in Paris before so this was a good surprise. There was a tasty breakfast on offer.

I had no major issues.

Breakfast was a little expensive with limited range. Napolean art work upon entry Beds were fine - we asked for four beds - we got four beds and a small clean bathroom

Baggage check area was overflowing and our bags sat out in the lobby until we arrived back to check in properly. Shower with high bath walls was difficult to get in and out of and slippery (children aged 8 and 11 and my husband all found challenging).

The location is a walkable distance from Porte de Maillot and is quite close to the bus station and the metro station which is really handy. The room had air conditioning which was perfect as Paris gets really warm during the summer. The bathroom had clean towels and toiletries if you're needing any. The bed is super comfy with 4 pillows.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy so I had to switch it off at some point.

Very good locations, it's not far from Arc de Triomphe. Hotel just 4 minutes from AIRPORT shuttle bus station, so its very comfortable if yo planning to use airport bus. Room was clean and breakfast was good too. In the room was coffee machine so you can drink coffee in your room.

one small thing: in bathroom we don't find stopper. but you always can use shower, so its not big deal :)

perfect location in the centre of the city , convenient located near very good restaurants, bakeries and shops around, good facilities of the hotel, comfortable and clean rooms, professional , very friendly and happy to assist staff

corridor to the room was too narrow but it’s acceptable for a city hotel It wasn’t an issue at all
