Great Location, right next to our shuttle bus drop off from the airport and beside the metro - Very convenient for getting to all the main attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful with information and fulfilled all requests straight away. The room was very nice with a great balcony, it was a decent size - The bathroom was small and the toilet was separate to the bathroom, but this wasn't an issue. The rain fall shower was great! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The stuff. the breakfast. the location . the water and coffee are a valuable all the time. it has 3 Arabic TV channels.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They offered us a room after the check-in so we could shower after running. The comfort of the rooms, the robe, the toiletries, the shower, all of them were pure luxury.

Nothing major. The corridors are narrow and dark and there were only a lift, so sometimes we had to wait a bit, but perfectly fine.

It was a beautiful property located in a great location, walkable from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées but far enough away that the area was quiet and not at all crowded. The room was perfect for what we needed for a city break - clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were excellent and recommended restaurants to me ahead of staying in the local area. Would definitely stay again.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood just minutes walk to the metro station line 1, which goes directly to main attractions in Paris. Cosy and clean room, with all you need. Free Nespresso coffe in your room or downstairs, even if you choose not to take breakfast.

Standard room is quite small, if you have 2 big luggages it can be an issue of space, but this is a standard in majority hotels in Paris.

We really liked the hotel and totally recommend it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a very nice area with small cute shops and nice restaurants, not very touristy although arc de triomphe (metrostation Charles de Gaulle - Étoile) is only a max. 10-minute-walk away. We recommend the restaurant La Maison Café right around the corner of the hotel. The room was very clean and calm, the bathroom had a modern shower with rain shower and massage shower head. Our room on the ground floor even had a small terrace. There was a big TV-Screen, WiFi and a safe in the room. The breakfast buffett was also very nice with fresh fruits, croissants, yogurt, smoothies, toast, cheese, ham, selection of jam etc.. We really enjoyed the stay! Thank you!

There's nothing we could complain about.

The location was excellent, close to night life, minutes from the metro and Champs Elysses and the Arc de Triumph. The hotel staff were very pleasant and would go above and beyond to satisfy your needs. They also have complimentary umbrellas for use, coffee and snacks.

Slighy stain on the pillow case and some grimes in the shower. The toilet seat also appeared to make a funny sound when you sit or use it.

The en-suite was very compact and doors banged against cupboard when opening. However, this would not stop us returning to this hotel.

What a beautiful clean hotel, it is located on a quiet street so I slept like a baby. Large dispensers of Rituals shower gel and shampoo in the shower, no need to bring your own. Always a friendly face at reception, it was such a welcoming place, cannot recommend enough.

The room was really clean. Beds are comfy. The staff was really nice and helpful. The decoration and the view were good, we had a small balcony on the 5th floor which was great. The room was in a good condition. The isolation was okay. And I would also add a little bonus point for giving us a bath and not a shower as we asked for, we really appreciated that.

The size of the room was okay but could have been better. The location was okay because I needed to go to Porte Maillot but it’s not A really good location to visit Paris. The dinner was really not good, we couldn’t eat the dessert. We payed the room through booking, the price was worth it. However, when I looked at the prices of the hotel in the hotel it is way too expensive.
