Hotel Paris Nord

The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. The location was perfect and easily accessible to many sites and transit. The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean, with a spacious shower. It was nice to have a window overlooking the street. Overall a very pleasant stay!

My room wasn't ready when I arrived though I arrived very late at night and there may have been a misunderstanding from the night guard thinking I was not going to show. The room planned for me had significant repairs and was not ready but they offered me a different room to spend the first night and I moved into my regular room the next day. It was a slight inconvenience and I appreciated the hospitality of the staff in accommodating me.

It was very much appreciated to have a private shower room with our bedroom. The elevator worked fine and was nice to have as we were at the 3rd floor. The bedroom was big enough for the two of us for a very good price.

We were looking for a queen size bed in our room, yet we got two single beds ! We would have liked to have a double bed instead. The shower got clogged , not sure why nor how... The breakfast is always the same, no choice to change it from time to time.

I thought the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was good value for money and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was placed in an area which was convenient for eating out and going to places around Paris easily. The room was quiet and I could tell their was soundproofing which was fantastic as my daughter has autism and this kept things less overwhelming. Room was clean and I think the rooms have been renovated recently so was a very nice place to stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Paris for sightseeing.

One night I could smell someone smoking in their room near me, not the fault of staff but was not ideal considering I was staying with my child in this hotel.

The room is small, but cosy, very clean and the stuff make all the efforts to feel comfortable. They are really kind and friendly. It's a great value of money.

The area is full of hotels and sometimes there are people, specially men a bit too curious and bodacious. Also, if you feel sick, don't call the ambulance. We had a bad experience, because they asked for money (250) just for the transport to the hospital which is supposed to be free. The emergency hospital is 300 m away from Gare du Nord, so really really close..Please walk there if it is possible!

The staff were very polite and helpful, the room was clean, as was the bathroom and the hotel is in a very convenient location for transport to different areas of the city. Other reviews indicate that this is not a good place to stay but I disagree. Leaving keys at reception whilst leaving the hotel in the day presented no issues- the hotel staff always recognized us to give us the correct key and it prevents it from being lost or stolen.

I liked the attitude of the owners. They were very polite and helpful. The room was very nice, quiet and well shielded from the sun. I love the sun but not being directly in it, so I enjoyed the coolness of the inner courtyard room. All was spotlessly clean and tidy. I only needed somewhere to sleep and refresh, I'm not a stay indoors person. All was good! I was even allowed to leave my luggage in a reception to freely enjoy my last day in Paris.

I'm not a person who complains but the wooden floor needs mending. Apart from that nothing I didn't like.

Two minute walk from Gare du Nord train station which makes travel from and to Charles de Gaul, Le Bourget and into Paris so easy. Plenty of local bars and restaurants and an all round great location.

This is Paris and so the rooms are very small. It was 30 degrees when we went to the Paris Airshow in June 2023 and the room was really hot. The wall mounted fan helps, but Air Con would be far better. Slightly dated but comfortable. Breakfast is coffee and a coffee; so you may need something more!

Google map went bananas and sent me the other way! I got lost and had to call the Hotel for directions. The lady was so sweet and helpful. I then got to the hotel with no more problems. My room was at the fifth floor with a tiny balcony, but it was a great plus to the room. Room wasn't huge but alright for a two stars hotel room. Nice big tv, fan and bathroom with shower. The lift was really tiny, Would you suffer of claustrophobia you may be in trouble. Being a two stars only 4 minutes walk from the Gare du Nord, what you pay for is really worth it.

Lift is really small. No more than two people may stay in at a time.

location was nice, we were in a hurry to Stade de France, so we needed a hotel in the neighbourhood of Gare du Nord to check in and to leave our luggage and everything after arrival with Thalys at Gare du Nord. receptionist did his work, not so friendly, okay. room was small but okay, could be more cleaned (old chewing gum was there). was quiet at night.

The location was good. Close to both gare DU Nord and gare d'lest

Sqweaky wood floor in the room. The day we arrive there were hairs in the bed. I am 100% sure no one changed the sheets after the previous stay. Not enough electric sockets.
