Avalon Hotel - Gare Du Nord Paris

Hotel was conveniently 3 mins from eurostar... The hotel staff were so friendly and very helpful.. Lovely comfortable room, spotlessly clean..a lovely balcony too.. Highly recommend this hotel.. Reasonably priced considering how close it is to eurostar..

The lift was a little scary as it stopped mid floor.. But it corrects itself if you press the button again...

The premium suite is absolutaly gorgeous! And more spacious than the other rooms. I also had 2 big balconies. The room is well located 2/3 mn walk from Gare du Nord Station. Convenient when you come from late trains Eurostar.

The breakfast price is highwr if you pay on the same morning!

Very good breakfast with prebooked offer at only 6€ per person and until 10.30am. Very clean, changed towels every day, sheets every two. Polite personnel.

The room was small for 2 persons. No cupboard, only hangers above safebox, no fridge. Main lift very small and out of order last day, had to use the secondary. Narrow corridors. Finally, there are no sockets close to the bed (mainly for phone charging)

it was everything we needed, a base close to train stations/underground. almost 10 minute drive from Moulin Rouge, 25 to the airport (when the roads were clear at 4am) 30 minutes to Eiffel Tower. great bakery one corner down and a few queued out restaurant’s nearby that were amazing!

I’m a cold person so I love the heating but our room got a little too hot/stuffy (111)

I’d love that is not far from the Gare du Nord, 3 minutes Walk (excellent for me since I was taking a train to London next day) and from Montmartre. the place was clean, the bed was confortable, the staff was very nice with me and my family. we arrived at 12 pm and since they have available rooms they gave us ours (even though the check in was fat 3 pm), we really appreciated this since we were traveling from Central America and it was a long long trip until we arrived to París

Everything was great during our stay. The staff were very kind and always ready to help. Location is perfect. Room was spacious enough. Definitely would recommend!

Breakfast was not as great as everything else. It was not definitely not bad at all, considering we got a promotion and only paid 6 euro per person. However, the normal rate of 12 euro per person seems too much for the breakfast we received.

The staff were excellent when they realised the room I booked through booking.com did not match my expectations. They were good enough to move me to a room which I thought I had booked.

Great location! Super friendly staff. We stayed with two dogs and everyone was super accommodating !

We needed accommodation near Gare du Nord for an early train. The location was perfect, the room comfortable and clean, check in and out very simple, staff charming, and we had a lovely balcony.

Nothing could have been better. It was ideal.
