Hôtel Léna

Location ideal for use of both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, at first I was concerned about being too close to these stations, but I was pleasantly surprised, the hotel was very good and neighborhood totally fine! The staff was SOOOO nice! I adored the lobby entrance, it was bright, colorful, and comfy! And when we needed the use of a taxi, it was no problem to wave one down!

I think the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, but the floors might just have been super dated and worn out, you could see some age on the decor, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, so no big deal. I would still stay here again, on returning to Paris, it was a great location, and we utilized the metro and trains quite a bit on our trip.

the bathroom smelled a little the elevator was very small (1 person) - in the morning I had to wait 15 minutes for the elevator because every time the elevator got to my floor there was already someone in it.

It was very close the central train station.

We loved the cute room and excellent location! Everything was very clean and properly functioning and we were able to get everywhere we needed to go with no trouble. That being said, there was a little bit of rumbling from the metro but that's expected given the location.

It would have been nice if there was a little coffee machine in the room in addition to the electric kettle. The seal between the shower door and the wall could also use some work to prevent leakage onto the bathroom floor when using the shower. If there was room for a mini-fridge that would be nice too.

Small room, decorated in navy so felt claustrophobic. Only 3 coat hangers on a rail, no wardrobe. Could just manage to walk around the bed (very comfortable). Shower door had to open inwards due to the small but beautifully decorated bathroom so a squeese to get in and out. Concrete building support column blocking most of the view from the window.

It was a great location if you need to get to Gare du Nord. Quite a few restaurants, a bakery and Aldi nearby. It was clean and had helpful and friendly staff.

We struggled a little to get the heat pump to the right temperature.

Super great location. Walking distance from Gars du Nord. The room is big enough for a Paris Hotel. Love the vintage colorful style. For the price It is wonderful hotel

The receptionist was rude and angry while I was checking in. But during the check out there was a different person that was much more professional.

Convenient location near Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. 24 hour reception. Comfortable bed and kettle in the room to allow a warm drink before an early train

The room was a reasonable size. The location was excellent as it was within walking distance of the Gard du Nord and other places. There was a view of the Sacre Coeur from the window. The room was quiet on the whole. Enough space for a couple of nights but wasted space inside the outer door. There could have been some hooks there for outdoor coats. Although tired round the edges the room was very clean. Entrance lobby very nice.

Not much hanging space and you had to hang things above the bedside drawer that held the tray with the kettle etc. No hooks in the bathroom or behind doors and no mirror in the bedroom. Only Earl Grey and Nescafé sachet for drinks. No water in room. The beds were very firm which made it painful for my arthritis. The one lift was very small and very slow to call. Wallpaper and paint was chipped in several places but good decor design in the room.

The staff were all very friendly upon arrival, interactions throughout our stay and upon leaving, we arrived early and they stored our bags for us until they were ready for us to check in, and then when we left they stored them for a few hours whilst we waited for our train home. The location of the hotel was great, allowing for a 20/25 minute walk to the centre, or a quick metro ride, and it was quiet and comfortable.

The only thing we pointed out was that the mirror on the bathroom door could have been on the bedroom side of the door rather than the bathroom side, but that is being hyper-critical!
