Staff was very very friendly, room was very clean, great location, Great breakfast, great view direct to the street, staff very helpfull 24h(the lady of the staff was grear) also the others, great location, room was clean evey day

Room was small but like in paris is good, first day the hot water didnt work but yesterday they fix it, room in second floor smelled not well, but they changed to us and they seted to another room was grate, the coridor and stairs was littel bit dark, need to be walls white color and or blue, and need to remove color of red wall because not look good, also carped need to change/remove

The location was good, also the room small but had all the facilities needed. It was cleaned on a daily basis and everything set right. I ve had a great experience there. Breakfast also good and lots of stuff to try, the breakfast lady was really nice and helpful, also managed to make me feel good and bring hot milk or whatever I liked. Thank you! Easy to get around the most visited areas.

At night it feel not the safest, people adressing insulting things but later closer to midnight. It s not about the hotel considering it s in a nice area, but a general paris feeling, comparing the others this is really good area.

location. it's located literally next to the metro station and within a walk distance you have all the sights around

elevator was not working and I had to use stairway to get to the higher floor. it was not comfortable carrying heavy suitcase

Brilliant breakfast, continental with hot eggs, as much coffee as you can drink plus a really decent selection of teas including chamomile.

My window view was of bins, plus I couldn't keep my window open safely as it backed to a step. I was on ground floor so someone could of easily have climbed in should they have wished to however the area outside the window seemed to be contained within the hotels grounds.

- Great location in the 8th arrondissement within walking distance to Madeleine metro. Many shops, cafes, restaurants in the area. - The room was small (it’s Paris!) & had low ceiling, but it was decently laid out, the bed was quite comfortable , the bathroom was surprisingly bigger than expected (with some toiletries), so we were fine (as 2 adults & a 6 year old). - The A/C was cool & the room had a small safe & a mini fridge. - Check-in/ check-out went smoothly. The receptionist was kind & spoke perfect English.

- Our mini-fridge wasn’t clean & wasn’t very cool & the bathroom towels were old. Our A/C turned off by itself a few times. - Pricey for a 3 star hotel (even without including breakfast) then again we came during summer’s peak tourist season in Paris.

Excellent location. The receptionist moved our room to the front of the building - street side - which was still quiet as there was good soundproofing with the windows & blackout curtains closed, the inside room was quite dark. Very good breakfast with hard boiled eggs, cold meats, cheese, decaf coffee, croissants & lovely fresh bread.

Nothing to complain about!

The location of this hotel is just perfect, i.e. within walking distance to Metro lines, Roissy Bus stop (Opera) to CDG, as well as even to the Louvre Musuem :) The hotel offers a petite but good breakfast bar. Its internal decor just gives a very welcoming feel, with classical Parisian type of ID. The staffs speak good english and are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future.

Unfortunately, no complimentary drinking water is provided in the room.

Good location, within walking distance to Madeleine, Auber, the room was small but clean and comfortable.

I heard the noise of running metro and someone talking on the phone next door, but no noise in sleeping time, so it was acceptable. I wanted to check out quickly but had to wait more than 5 mins as the receptionist went out for buying baguettes…

Small quiet hotel with good location and perfect view from window. Friendly personal. Wide bed. Pot and fridge in apartment. Good working AC. Bath in bathroom.

Shower little bit leaks. Lights is not so bright. Breakfast can be better. But nevertheless, for me it was not so important. Recommend for rest.

Excellent location. Staff at the desk extremely kind, caring and helpful - let alone professional - which is pretty rare. A jar of courtesy sweets on the check-in desk too! 👍😉 No traffic sound despite overlooking the street and bed very comfortable. I had an excellent stay.

No electricity plug by the bed to charge phone.
