Trianon Gare de Lyon

Hotel Trianon is located in a great neighborhood full of lovely restaurants, bars and art shops. The Gare the Lyon train and metro station is just a short walk away, and from there it's fast and easy to get around Paris. The room is rather small, but very clean and functional. The promenade Coulée Verte Renée-Dumont is just 100m away from the hotel. We ran from there, 7 meters above the streets, to the Place de la Bastille - and from there along the banks of the Seine to the Eiffel Tower, and back. If you like to walk or run around Paris, Hotel Trianon is the perfect starting point :D

The room was so clean.

Some receptionists cannot speak English well, so I had a problem when I checked in. I checked in late at night and a staff told me to give key card in the next morning. The next day I went outside, but other staff told me to get the key card in the evening when I came back. In the evening, the other staff told me that I lost my key card and he didn't understand when I tried to explain about condition and wasted little time. BUT finally, I got my key card and stayed there comfortably.

Good sized room for a family with 3 balconies which was lovely. Very good air con and room cleaned every day. Excellent breakfast. Very comfy beds. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Free wifi. Location was excellent - nice area and close to travel and amenities.

Slight issue with the shower during busy times as we were on 6th floor and kept stopping. Most likely due to demand in mornings.

The place was exactly like in the pictures. They have an elevator which is good. 3 min away from the gate de lyon metro station and metro n. 1 yellow line which gets you to the heart of Paris or helps you connect with another line to get to the place you wish. It is a super strategic area. Safe, there are plenty of bistros to eat, boulangerie, supermarkets, pharmacy.

Wifi was off a whole day almost but they solved it eventually and a cleaning refresh prior to a check in is suggested (just a little dust in a couple of corners). Nevertheless the place was clean, just a few unimportant details. I super recommend it that is for sure.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel with an amazing room view, everything we needed in the room and a stones throw from the metro so very easy access to anywhere in Paris. The stuff were beautiful! Very helpful and nothing was too much to ask. The owner helped us the day we checked out to find our terminal in CDG because there was no notification anywhere from our agent as to terminal. I can’t praise this hotel enjoy! It’s the only place I will ever stay on return to Paris!

No English TV channels but we got over it because we were too busy looking out the beautiful balcony.

Excellent and safe location. Very helpful staff and we were able to check in early to our room so we could leave bags. Room was quiet and clean; compact, but to be expected for Paris. Bed very comfortable. Tasty breakfast buffet (though there was no fruit). Kettle and fridge provided.

The bathroom was the smallest we have ever seen; we managed, but no room to move. Lift also tiny. We are slim, but would not be suitable for large ladies or gents!

We stayed at room number 25 which had a very nice view, pretty specious, clean and had safe, refrigerator and complimentary coffee . And very good breakfast, too. The hotel is near the metro stations and commuting is very easy. The receptionist recommended a very good restaurant near the Hotel and the food was fantastic. L'ARROSOIR was the name of the restaurant.

The elevator was too small but that was not a problem.

Comfy beds, good AC, nice shower. Our room had two windows, which was nice. Friendly staff! The breakfast had a good variety of basic breakfast things, bread, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, pancakes, a bit of fruit.

The bathroom door couldn't open completely because it hit the sink. The breakfast could have had some more variation of toppings for sandwiches (e.g. cucumber/tomato). Although a good variety, the breakfast felt store-bought.

The location of this accommodation was perfect for visiting main sites in Paris, together with visiting Eurodisney and accessing airports by metro. It is close to a main station and another metro station which makes it great for travelling purposes. It is a small hotel on the main road, so it can be easily skipped and go un-noticed. Though on main road, room was quiet and comfortable, though quite small. It was easily accessible by lift (though quite tight as well). Had a really comfortable bed and fresh linen. Room was daily well cleaned. Appreciate that it was equipped with a safe deposit box, a small kettle and a small fridge.

The bathroom was quite small and the shower needed some fixing, though clean. It would have been appreciated if the room was equipped for two (linen and tea supplies) as it had to be reminded daily. Due to covid measures, breakfast had to be taken in the room...supplies didn't always match requirements and pity so much recycled items had to be used (felt bad for the environment)

The location of the hotel is great. It is close to the metro, from where you have a connection to all of Paris. The room was nice, but with a very small bathroom. The air conditioner turned itself off in the evening. Because he didn't notice any movement and it was getting cold in the room. We have to get up to play it again. The food was acceptable. Our room is cleaned every day. The reception staff was great, but the restaurant does not speak English.
