Great quality and value breakfast on offer. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom very nice. Bed comfortable.

No fridge or tea and coffee facilities in room. Having said that cold still and sparkling water was available from a dispenser in the foyer so great for filling water bottles on way out. Also large bottles available to take water back to room. limited selection of soft drinks and beer available to purchase from fridge in foyer and coffee was available to purchase from a machine in the breakfast room.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I really liked the cold water (also sparkling) on tab as well as access to the coffee machine free of charge, The room was comfortable with a comfy bed and nice working area. There are several nice restaurants within 50 meters from the hotel and the station is 10 minutes away.. so very convenient.

I joined for breakfast at a peak time (no open tables) so unfortunately the staff could not keep up bringing new clean cups, stocking up on all the nice breakfast spreads, etc. They really tried their best and did it still with a smile ... but was just not possible. Luckily I had some time so could wait for some of the dishes to be replenish...

I was very surprised by my room at the Ibis Gare de Lyon. The room was larger than I expected and, although basic, it was beautiful, bright, new and very comfortable. The bathroom was also large enough and comfortable. Great beds. The window was openable, which was very welcome. There was also a sofa in the room, which made it even more comfortable and pleasant. Helpful, pleasant staff at checkin and checkout.

I probably wouldn't stay here for a long period; but for a one-night stay close to the Gare de Lyon, I find no fault with the Ibis. If anything, the carpets in the corridors could be cleaner.

Location is perfect, just across the road from Gare de Lyon train station. Not too big, pretty quiet despite location. Good breakfast. I was late coming into Paris, but I had no problem arriving at midnight.

Had to open the window fully for 5 minutes as the room was too warm.

I chose this hotel because it was near the Gare de Lyon from where I was catching a train the next day. It cost more than I usually pay but this was almost justified by the location. I hadn't stayed in an Ibis for many years and realised that they have upped their game from what had been basic good value for money. I was allowed to check in ahead of time because my room was ready. The breakfast was very good, offering a superb selection of delicious French cheese 'a point'. The hotel is located very near to the Metro line 1 which is perfect for all the obvious art venues and there are many places to eat and drink nearby. It is only a short walk from the Marais. I would consider staying there again even if I wasn't using the Gare de Lyon, but negotiating the Metro journey from the Gare du Nord Eurostar with a medium-sized suitcase is not for the faint-hearted!

We arrived a few hours before the check-in, but even that the room was ready for us, which was a great surprise after the long journey. The localisation is really good, next to the metro 1 station, with which you can travel till La Defence via places like Luwr, Champes Elyseys and Arc de Triumph. The hotel is near 2 shops and 1 with souvenirs. The staff was nice and polite speaks english. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Good location easy access to metro station, simply yet comfortable and well equipped lobby and the amazing shelf serviced coffee station, every seat in the cafe area is equipped with charging twin USB plugs and proper plug. Located by the train station plenty of taxi, Road side parking. We found it really convenient.

window in the room is a little higher than usual, above my shoulder, so feels a little oppressed. Good job we didn’t spend much time in the room. shower room is very small, barely have room to turn around for a small size me.

Totally fine hotel and experience. It is an Ibis so it’s not super luxurious but it had everything we wanted and was comfortable and pleasant for our purposes. Very near Gare de Lyon which is handy. Nice staff, balcony in room, baggage storage, breakfast. Would stay there again.

No major issues - don’t stay here if you want luxury but for most travellers looking for a relatively affordable hotel I think this will do the trick.

The location is great if you arrive to Paris through train (Gare de Lyon). It is a simple hotel and the chain ensures that you have a confortable stay. same price in a different hotel in Paris and you never know if you end up in a nice hotel or a creepy one. The breakfast was good, better that the one I have had in other Ibis hotels.

Don't look for a lot of space or luxury, this is just a functional hotel. Still It was very comfortable for a work trip.

Hotel staff were so welcoming and helpful and provided us with personalised restaurant recommendations in the area. My husband and son absolutely loved the fussball table and old school arcade games in the reception area. The hotel was in a great location for us as we had a day at Disney, PSG Stadium as well as seeing all the tourist attractions. We were so sad to come home and will definitely return to the hotel in the future.
