Beds are very comfortable. If you are sharing a double room with somebody other than a close friend or loved one the rooms are small, but there is so much storage space and little nooks in the room for luggage. The shower had excellent water pressure and did not leak which is sometimes a problem with glass walled showers. The bathroom is very roomy to store things. And the AC was exceptional.

I didn’t dislike it, but if you were expecting your double room to have more typical European twin size beds these ones are quite small, but most people will fit on them. if you’ve ever slept on a twin in the United States they are about that size.

The hotel is in an excellent location, Close to metro and bus stops. Easy walk to main areas eg Louvre. Easy to get to from Gare De Nord from the Eurostar, Breakfast fresh daily and good choices available. Loved the nearby Cafes to walk to. Very quiet location. Small hotel tucked away on a side street. Pleasant staff and daily housekeeping. Stayed in a duplex which was not huge but plenty for 2 adults and a teenager. The pastries and cakes at Cafe Richard on Rue De Chatelle are amazing.

The sofa bed was not very comfy and incredibly squeaky. Not really something we didn't like but worth a mention ,the lift is tiny. We didn't need a lift but if you do and you don't like a small lift there is a lot of stairs.

The room was so spacious for France. The hotel feels like it has recently been remodeled, and I love the lines and convenience of the layout. The location is exceptional - close to Gare St Lazare, RER stops, and shops/restaurants/historic buildings...etc.

The entry way is not too fancy, but who spends time in a hotel lobby while in Paris anyway?

bed was very comfortable, not noicy outside even though there is a bar outside. perfect location with lots of food options just around the cornor. the heating was also working very well. super nice staff who always says hi and24/7 fromtdesk help so there door was open 24/7 no need to rush back to the hotel

the hotel had a small sign without light so the first time it was difficult to find it. the shower was okay but the sink was a bit small so I couldn’t find a place for my skincare. the bathroom had a bit of a sewage smell but did not make the bedroom smell

The AC wasn’t working during a very hot week in Paris

Location is excellent walking distance from everything , room was clean furniture is good bathroom has all the things needed.

Lift is very small its enough for one person with one luggage for me it wasn't a problem . There was a smell every early morning but room & toilet are clean so probably coming from pipes or something . Room was small but it was ok for me as I was solo traveler .

the staff was very friendly and the cleaning service was excellent, also the facilities of the room were very good, breakfest quality on high level

we stayed on 4th floor with 1 and 3 years and the elevator didnt work sometimes, the personal knew about it but nobody cares, everybody was OK that is sometimes doesnt work..

From check-in to check-out, our stay was excellent! The entire hotel staff were extremely professional, helpful, friendly and we couldn’t have asked for better treatment. We will Definitely stay here again the next time we come to Paris!

The only thing we could recommend is there be more hooks for hanging clothes/towels on & a microwave would have been helpful.

Quaint…great use of small space. Had everything we could want or need! Bathroom was great. Robes and slippers! Comfortable bed and staff was very friendly.

Small elevator. We sent our luggage up with one person and took the stairs most of the time. 4th floor but I didn’t mind it at all. Great breakfast too.

fantastic location just behind Paris Opera, walking distance to major department stores and surrounded by lovely restaurants and boulangeries. i had a cozy stay, and loved the shower it had an amazing rain shower head.

nothing critical to point out. the room i stayed had a glass door to a closed off part above a skylight. pretty underwhelming as there was no view, but I also didn't know what to expect.
