Best Western Plus Hotel Sydney Opera

Perfect location: nice neighborhood, shops near by. 20min walking to Jardin des Tuileres and Louvre. 5-10 min to Garnier Palace. Metro stops 5-10min as well ( metro Madeleine and Havre Caumartin) . Hotel itself very cozy. Very warm room, nicely decorated. It was a pleasure to be coming back to a hotel , like coming back home . Very comfortable beds, quite sleeping at night , couldn’t hear neighbours . Robes,slippers in room. High quality towels and cosmetics. Heater in bathroom worked very well , all our clothes after rainy days dried up instantly. There was an iron with ironing board in room. Also N’Espresso machine with capsules reffiled everyday , tea making corner. And biggest compliments for people working at a hotel . Very friendly , smiling and professional people . All of them spoke english very well , it was really a pleasure to meet them .

Very well located, few min walk from bd haussman, opera, etc. Very clean and safe hotel. The staff (Olga and Anis) providing 24h assistance were amazing. This hotel is underrated it is way better than many 4 and 5 starts in paris. Exceptional!

My daughter and I stayed in this hotel for a week in Paris. The location was perfect, close to great shopping restaurants and metro. We felt very safe. The check in was at 2:00 pm, but we were able to check in early at 11:00 am. They were kind enough to upgrade us to it a suite for free since they had availability. The hotel must’ve been recently renovated, the bathroom was very spacious for a Parisian hotel ( good size counter space) This was my 5th trip to Paris and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip. I can’t say enough good things about the caring and friendly staff. I interacted mostly with Cyrielle and Sophie. They were both so kind and accommodating! They made our trip so memorable!

We booked the junior suite and were very happy with the space, considering that the hotel is located in the heart of Paris. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom a good size. The Nespresso coffee maker was great to have available. The room, 205, was at the back of the building and very quiet. The front desk people were wonderful, helping us with restaurant recommendations, directions, getting us a taxi to the airport and giving us a late checkout time. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, very friendly and knowledgeable. The beds were really comfortable, everything was immaculately clean, and breakfast buffet had everything one needed (the baguettes were fresh and delicious every day). Location was amazing as well, with metro stations within 5-minute walk, and a train station close by for a trip to Versailles. Leaving the key at reception added extra level of safety, no risk of losing a key by accident. I highly recommend staying here, the hotel has everything one needs for a perfect and stress free vacation.

Everything was perfect, we did not like going home so early!

The location is convenient, close to various metro stations and the area is nice to have a meal or go for a drink. The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and the noise isolation was good. We really enjoyed the breakfast with good healthy options but also a variety of locas staples (croissants, omlette etc.). The first thing that stood out to me was the very nice staff, very human and helpful. We could not complain.

Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed such as toiletries, coffee machine and lots of hanging space (with plenty of hangers for once!) The staff were also extremely nice especially the young man who works the night shift - he was always alert, friendly and had our room key ready to hand as soon as he saw us walk through the door ☺️

Only positives during our 3 night stay - no negatives to report

Amazing little hotel in a great location! You can walk to most of Paris attractions, but metro is also a 2-min walk. Lots of restaurants and things to do around, pretty spacious rooms and amazing staff!

It is not the cheapest hotel, but it is about the range of most places, so it is not something to complain!

The staff is very agreeable and accomodating. We got the large queen room and it was quite comfy and large enough. The room was very quiet, which is very important to us. the window faced an inner court. Location is excellent. Close to the the metro, gare st-lazare (from which we took the train to Giverny)

The location is ideal. Easy walking to lots of museums snd attractions The room was a good size for the price especially by Parisian standards

The receptionists were very mixed. Two I encountered could not have been nicer. Sadly the third was rude and incompetent and spoilt what was otherwise a pleasant stay.
