June 2022

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in April 2022. It was Easter weekend and I had to find a hotel to stay in Paris because I was meeting family. When I booked this place, I was a little concerned about how it looked from the view of the outside. I was pleasantly surprised to find the boutique hotel very nice and very well maintained. The people who worked there definitely took pride in their hotel and it showed in the way they bent over backwards to help not only me but everyone who walked in the door. There are 3 buildings all back-to-back heading away from the street. I was in the 3rd building, 2nd floor. Hotel has no elevators, there were 18 stairs to 2nd floor. Room was small, but it was a single and all I needed because I was rarely in my room…it IS Paris after all!! Very clean and all COVID protocols maintained. Continental breakfast with great coffee (I was the last to arrive for breakfast one morning and was given the entire carafe of coffee on my table after I said “good morning…I NEED coffee!”) The L'Arc de Triomphe view I uploaded is literally a 5 min walk from the hotel!! EXCELLENT location!! I would stay here again in a minute! HIGHLY recommend this place…I honestly review hotels by how I’m treated when I stay there…these guys knocked this out of the park!

Location - so close to Arc and major train station which links to everywhere - CDG Étoile. Also buy Navigo weekly pass at CDG airport (2023 - €30 but bring passport photo as needed for the pass), take RER B from airport to Châtelet Les Halles, take RER A from Châtelet to CDG Étoile. Very handy. Great shower power and air conditioning. Has a fridge. Bed extremely comfortable. Not a sound in room until I was up in the morning - so peaceful despite being so close to the Arc. Very friendly staff. Felt very safe in the hotel. Very small place so didn’t see other residents which suited me too. Would highly recommend. Little shop on the road stays open late too so you can get food, drink, alcohol and snacks.

Lift is very tight - you and your case and no more. I didn’t get breakfast so whilst there was a kettle and a paper cup, a few teabags and milk on day of arrival would have been just what I needed.

Great small hotel in a very convenient location (close to the Metro Argentina M1; Convention Center, City Center). Although the hotel is almost in the city center, the room was very quiet and along with a very comfortable bad gave us a good rest. The room (double) was not large, but still comfortable for two people. The room and its bathroom were very clean. There were a small supermarket and nice breakfast, coffee/ lunch places just next to the hotel (very useful). The staff in the hotel was very nice and helpful (special thanks to Aleksandra for her hospitality!). We will for sure come back to this place when planning our next trip to Paris. For sure recommended place.

No major problems.

Excelent location, in a good area. Small rooms but is normal for Paris. One of the best for this amount. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and very functional for such a small room - enough shelves, space for hangers, for shoes. Friendly room :) Continental breakfast is french breakfast - croissant, pain au chocolate, banquette, butter, a kind of fresh cheese and other sweet stuff; also coffee and some juice (I saw). A boiled egg sometimes would be nice and it is really easy to prepare. Anyway, I will return, if I'll find again a good price. A supermarket right next to the hotel and some restaurants as well, close by. 7 min walk to Champ Elysee; 1 min walk to the metro station.

The big towel was changed in the last day - I don't need for every day but twice a week, I think it's reasonable. Same breakfast for 6 mornings.

Absolutely amazing customer service, clean room with comfy bed, elevator available, a grocery shop downstairs and plenty of restaurants near by, metro line 1 which takes you to Louvre - 2mins walks, Arc de Triomphe up to 10mins by walk. If you come from Beauvais Airport - it takes 10 mins to walk to the airport shuttle bus station.

It is not that I didn't like as I have stayed in a variety of hotels in Paris where the rooms are not very spacious in overall and the same here. Nevertheless our room was big enough for 2 people with a nice bathroom.

Hotel right next to a grocery/liquor store, 1 block from the Metro Argentine, 2 blocks from laundrymat, 4 blocks from Arc De Triomphe and the Metro hub below, several restaurants very close. Staff very helpful, desk staffed at all hours.

Shower head wouldn't stay in place, kept drifting. Didn't have a small fridge to keep our drinks cold.

We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman. Our room wasn't ready but we arrived early. We came back in the evening after exploring and our bags had been bought up to our room. The hotel was only a 5 minute walk to arc du triomphe and metro. It was in close proximity of shops bakery restaurants. Our room was spotlessly clean with fresh towels delivered to our room. Would definitely stay here again if going to Paris.

I can't fault anything with this hotel. It suited us for exploring.

Room was very clean and adaquate in size for two. There is a self service laundry called Laverie Miele located at 12 Rue Guersant about 10-15 mins walk, depending on your pace. The subway M5 - Argentine stop is right around the corner. The subway system gives access everywhere you´ll want to go, including the Airport or Gare du Nord (Int´l Rail Station). It is a great place to stay with quality value for the price, located just outside the tourist congestion, a 3 min walk to the subway, 10 min walk from the Arc. Plenty of nearby restaurants, cafe´s, bars etc. Google Maps is a wonderful tool. You don´t come to Paris to hangout in the room. If that IS your plan, then you´ll want to stay somewhere overpriced with an international name that has all of your bells and whisles...even then, you may be disappointed, as I have stayed at some of them on other visits.

Breakfast is VERY pricey for what is offered...The hotel only provides pastries, rolls, coffee and juice for 9 euro per person. Save money, use the grocery store next door. With only a small fridge and no microwave, you´ll need to do pastries/rolls, cereal, fruit etc. or just be creative. You´ll see it is so much cheaper. If the grocery store next door doesn´t really have the variety for you, there is a larger one near the laundry faclity. Also, there aren´t any coffee machines in the room. If you NEED coffee, go to a cafe to get one...worth the money.

The staff are very helpful and friendly - makes up for so much if there are any problems.

Didnt cause me an issue but......2 bedside lights - 1 not working at all, 1 constantly blinking. Shower light worked intermittently. Didn't cause me a problem and I reported to reception on check out but its attention to detail and housekeeping should have reported it. Only 2 hangers in wardrobe - just daft. Expensive for what it was.

The hotel has an excellent location 50 meters from a metro station of metro line M1. There are also a lot of cafes and restaurants in the area. It was quiet because I was staying in the last building (the hotel is small, composed of a main building and two two-stories building).

The two building at the back do not have elevators, so they are not accessible for persons with disabilities (for me personally it was not a problem).
