The staff are so amazing and nice! They help with all the questions you have and are so generous, patient and informative and welcoming. We even got early check in after a long day of travel. We like to walk so took a long walk to all the sights. There is also a supermarket across the road.

We were already told this by staff but this was totally our choice.... but... if you get a twin room, putting the beds together is not ideal. In our hurry to just get to any bed, we got a twin room instead of waiting till check in time for our room and had a little hole between us. We were happy though as we just needed somewhere to sleep before getting ready for a wedding so was still perfect for us and were so happy staff accommodated us.

The location is very convenient. Specially because I needed to access Porte de Maillot. The staff are nice, English can be improved if this is their industry. The cleanliness was 5 stars, possibly the cleaneast hotel I’ve been to and I have OCD. A lot of sockets, including USB, very quick hot water, thick premium towels, comfy mattress and quite room. A variety of food options around.

The fact that I arrived and they couldntfind my reservation. Had to wait for two more guests to check in so that he could then sort me out. Friendly staff though.

We liked the large bedrooms with comfortable beds. The aircon is quick to cool down a room. We loved how close the hotel was to the Arch de Triumph!! It is very well placed if you want to do the Big Bus Night Tour but don't want a long walk back through Paris late at night. The room was clean and very comfortable and stocked with tea and coffee which was restocked every day. The bathroom was clean and easy to use. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They couldn't do enough for us and provided us with more tea and coffee and booked a taxi for us.

Hotel is very good situated, near bus stop of a Paris-Beauvais Airport and Arc de Triomphe. Many bus stops, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and metro stations in a close vicinity (approx. 10 minutes of walk to all). Additionally, The Eiffel Tower is approx. 30 minutes of walk from the hotel, Museum of Louvre is approx 45 minutes of walk. The hotel is quite small (3 rooms at out storey). Our room was cleaned every day with a high standard of cleanliness. It is possible to get a breakfast at the hotel with an additional charge of EUR 15/person. Very good price to standard ratio.

Our room was well-equiped (coffee, tea, water, towels, shampoo, shower gel). In my opinion a small fridge would be nice.

I loved the hotel because it was spotlessly clean, it's location was amazing.. a few minutes walk to many attractions and the lady in the reception was such an amazing person always smiling and welcoming she made us feel at home.There is a metro station very close to it, many supermarkets on the same street, also restaurants and cafés near by.

We had 2 rooms, one had an extremely small shower space, and the other was small but ok. The elevator was the smallest I have seen, fits 2 people only.

Location (esp.if travelled with Ryanair), staff, cleanness and bed comfortability are perfect.

However, room is one of the smallest I've ever seen, it didn't have a heating (kind staff brought some small portable heating device on request) and the most annoying - breakfast is not included in price. My fault for not seeing it but it's a 3*** hotel, it sort of goes without saying. So we paid additional 77 eur for 3 nights for 2 people's breakfasts. It could have been in the basic price without beeing annoying so much.

Location was excellent, close to the Arc de Triomphe, Metro and Champs-Elysées. Room was large and clean, and the staff accommodated an early check in. 24 hour reception made for an easy but secure late night (post show) return.

Property is as you would expect for an inner city hotel in this price bracket. No major issues or complaints. Breakfast service was a bit haphazard, shower leaked onto the floor, and door couldn’t keep out the noise of everyone coming and going.

The location is great - 2 minutes on foot from Argentine tube station, 5 minutes on foot from Arc de Triomphe site and De Gaull Etoile tube station, 7 minutes from rue de Champs-Elysee. There are various restaurants around the hotel, there is also a supermarket. The room was also quiet, as it was located on the internal side. Room cleanliness was easily visible. Very comfy beds.

Breakfasts were mediocre - weren't bad, but weren't great either.

Friendly and cooperative staff. Comfortable room with working air conditioner. They completed any requests I had for them like calling a taxi at a specific time for the airport etc. Check in and check out was extremely quick and smooth.

Claustrophobic elevator and hallway before the room. Too small and narrow even by Paris standards. The hotel also declined my card two days before I was set to arrive despite me having made the booking a month prior. I was given less than 24 hours to arrange for an alternative way of paying which was very stressful since I had no issue with this card at any other property throughout Europe. I managed to arrange another card they accepted so it all worked out but still I feel they should’ve have checked earlier and told me.

We loved this little hotel. Great location near the Arc de Triumph, beds were comfy, bathroom was awesome and I made the most of the bathtub. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and our room was always clean. The tiny lift had us in giggles every time we took it, especially the first night when we had our backpacks on.

Not much to say here but some milk alternatives (other than dairy) would have been a nice touch for breakfast.
