Decent hotel well connected with Paris by metro, bus or RER. The accommodation was clean, good breakfast, a nice Italian restaurant just on the corner.

The rooms are fairly small for 3 people however, the main issue to me was misleading informations concerning the total costs. Booking.com said I would pay 628.5 EUR for the stay nevertheless at the end I had to pay 687.50 (I had to pay extra for the breakfast of my daughter, for instance). This information was not in my booking which said “breakfast included” so I do not know why I needed to pay. These informations MUST be clear enough to the clients during the booking procedure.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and it had plenty of choices for everyone. 🥐🥖 The stuff was friendly and helpful in whatever we needed. The closest metro station is approachable by a bus which is able to be taken by a stop which is 50 metres from the hotel. We would definitely stay again there. Merci pour tout.

The hotel is very practical. Coffee machine and water dispencer are available 24/7 for free, which is a great plus, and during breakfast hours you can get some fresh fruits and juices for free. The staff is decent and friendly. There is a bus station just infront of the hotel that takes you to Westfield shopping mall or La defense train station in few minutes. Very good value for money.

The room is very small, it barely fits the king bed and the additional baby cot. The amenities are limited and there isn't a minibar in the room. We had a problem that we could not reserve a van from the hotel to Gare de Lyon, all the riders kept cancelling the ride we did not understand why. It is not the hotel fault of course, but even the reception could not help us, they could not provide us a van as well. But at the end we easily took public transportation that is available frequently, the hassle was only handling all the luggages and the stroller.

Staff spoke in English, and the hotel and room were nice, clean. It's located in a quiet area with good transport links. Breakfast was tasty, and they provided free water, coffe/tea. I didn't have any problem with getting back into the hotel late. There was always a person on the front desk. . The hotel itself and the room looked really modern/stylish. Bed was really comfy. I was provided with clean towels and extra pillows. My room also had an air conditioning, also many plug sockets or USB charging points for people who forgot their adapters. There was a vending machine in the lobby where you could buy spare phone cables, etc.

To be honest, there wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay.

Good location, within close proximity to the Metro, a large shopping mall, and a local supermarket. Very cozy hotel facilities and room, staff available and helpful, they were kind enough to book an early taxi for us and provide some fresh croissants during our early check out (5am). Breakfast was amazing, fresh and varied food (eggs, vegetables, cheeses, cereals, pancakes & jams and others), open very early (6AM). Water and coffee available 24/7 in the lounge area. The room was clean and warm, reasonably sized, and not noisy despite facing the main road. The bed was comfortable. Wifi worked ok, although the speed wasn't great.

Not a huge problem but it would be helpful to have some more toiletry options in the bathroom, such as body lotion, shampoo, and shower gel. Also better wifi speed would work great.

The staff were helpful, except for one person who gave us outdated information about how to get to a mall. Road construction made that experience very unpleasant. Without GPS, we couldn't have done it. The continental breakfast was very good. Special thanks to Domingos, from Africa, who was bright, kind, and helpful. We particularly appreciated being able to go into the lobby in the afternoon for coffee or tea and to fill our water bottles with cold, filtered water.

The lighting arrangement in the room was unlike anything we'd ever seen and caused some consternation the first night. However, the desk clerk very kindly came up to our room the next day and showed us how it worked. There was a switch beside the bed that was hidden by a phone, so look for that before you freak out. Once we understood it, everything was fine.

I was sick as a dog and the hotel manager booked me in an appointment with an English speaking Dr; deadset legend. The hotel is a little outside the centre of Paris but close to the main business district. Bus from the Train station in La Defense will stop outside the door. Overall our room was clean and comfortable. Didn't try the breakfast options because there is a bakery right around the corner which was amazing.

Very good location of the hotel, only a few minutes walk from huge Westfield shopping centre and metro station, where M1 line will take you to all main Paris attractions within minutes. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and 24h availability of the coffee machine is definitely a bonus.

The family room was rather small and compact, but we didn’t mind it as we were all day sightseeing and only slept in it.

overall cleanliness

every time we visit Paris we stay here. over time we have observed some lax in maintaining common areas, eg soap/ tissue papers missing in the common toilet next to dining area. the reception is always busy, it would help if there were two staff members manning the reception. communicating in English with the staff is a little difficult, could be better.

Personal was good and kind. Free coffee, juices, hot chocolate on the 1st floor. Very cozy and nice looking lobby and the room itself. Very very quite inside, even the room windows were looking at the street. The district where hotel is placed was very calm and nice.

No ability to turn off the "air conditioning". It works all the time in very low mode.
