The staff is very friendly. The appartment has everything i needed specially to cook home made dinner

Because you ask: maybe 2 kitchen hangers for the kitchen towels

It was a great stay in a very nice street. And it was very close to La Défense Shopping Mall and the bus stop is just right in front of the hotel.

The room is spacious, great quality matras, very clean, the service of the staff is great (in English and French), there is private parking available and close to business district (la defence) with fair pricing (price/quality).

Breakfast (perhaps because of current lockdown limitations/restrictions) was delivered at the room. The content of the breakfast was not that great and not worth the money.

location was great and close to the station. it also had parking facility (for a price per day). good shops surrounding the apartment.

the tap on the kitchen sink was very loose and on telling reception- nothing was done. complimentary water was half drunk - informed reception. only one towel was left in apartment - again - yes - told reception and still the next day one towel was replaced with another. . safe was not working and throughout our 3 day stay it was not fixed.

How clean it was, friendly staff and lack of noise there was.

There was an awful sewage smell in my room the whole stay.

Location and cleanness. All staff at the front desk could speak English.

The payment at Check in! Full payment to booking.com is blocked on your card at reservation. Then on arrival that amount plus tax is charged in full and taken out. The blocked funds are held as deposit. At check out I was told that the money would be put back once the studio is checked. I’ll see how long this will take.

We stayed here during our visit to Lollapalooza festival and it was perfect. The area is super nice, especially the bakery just around the corner. The small apartment we rented had all we needed, perfect for 3-4 people with even the sofa bed being super comfortable. The room also has all you need if you want to cook yourself and even had bath salts for using the bathtub... really, just perfect. Including the parking and the super-nice and helpful staff. Would 100% recommend.

Breakfast was excellent. Coffee, Tea and juices were provided. The assortment of Breads, sweet rolls and certainly croissants always available. Fresh fruits and cheeses were provided.

The first day only one towel was in the bathroom

The room was very comfortable. It’s definitely above four-star hotel room standard. A lot of cooking utensils in the room as well. I quite like the design of foldable table, very convenient for having meals in the room.

one of the reception staff was not very friendly. I asked him to book a taxi for me for the next day but somehow he didn’t understand English and was a bit annoyed by the request.
