Friendly and helpful staff...particularly the people at reception who were absolutely lovely and were always prepared to go the extra mile. Moreover there was a reception service 24/7 and I found this very useful. The hotels is unpretentious but is nice architecturally and in terms of decor. Moreover it has the feel of an old world hotel (a real hotel) Location is very good with easy access to a Metro station (about 200m). Breakfast was also pleasant with a nice array of options. The local jazz club is great (about 400m) and the new National Museum of Modern art is 200m away and absolutely terrific. its also an easy walk to the Acropolis and the centre of the city.

There really was not anything I did not like. The hotel is perched near the top of hill so the walk up to it is a little steep. I didnt mind that at all but some might.

The hotel location is atop a small hill in a small street but accessible by car/taxi. The 6th floor terrace was not operational but accessible. There is a splendid view of the Acropolis and Lycabetis hills as well as housing around. The breakfast area is small but the buffet is well garnished (self-serve) My room was sizeable and well equipped but no view. Bed was huge and comfortable.

Climbing the hill! ( I am 79) Otherwise nothing to complain about except maybe lack of activity (I only saw a couple of visitors and 2 members of staff (could be due to COVID rules, which are still quite strict in Greece (need to put mask on in public transport for examaple)

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and large curtains to cover up the windows.

The room is the last one on the corner and it gets very cold in the evening (it might be great for summer trips, though :)) and trips to the bathroom in the morning can get very uncomfortable. Adding a mat on the bathroom floor might help. The breakfast is varied and fresh, but I recommend switching to real coffee than a Nescafe machine. Greece truly is a coffee culture, but I couldn't taste it at all in the mornings. :)

-USB outlet in the room (bonus if you ask me) -friendly staff (reception staff offered suggestions and provided maps of the city) -comfy bed -good breakfast selection -quiet area, with metro station close and stores

- bed was a bit to tall for a short person - the bathroom window handle was broken. I have highlighted that when we arrived, but they have not fixed it until we left, 4 days later. As the room was on the ground level anyone could have opened it from the outside.

Polite and friendly staff ready to help on any issue and give advice. I was given a room (they said it was a free upgrade as a birthday present) with a very large terrace and a view of the Acropolis. Great terrace! The rooftop bar was temporarily closed at the time of my stay and so the staff allowed me to go up to the rooftop with my drinks. It was a great evening with wonderful Greek wine overlooking the Parthenon in the company of a nice French-German couple! Great evening! The room was small, but really huge for me alone to spend the night. And you can spend time on the terrace in such wonderful weather. Excellent breakfast (buffet) for only 7 euros!

I used breakfast at the hotel only once and the man told me that this breakfast was a gift from the hotel for my birthday (that was the day I had breakfast), but when I checked out, the woman told me that I had to pay for breakfast. Apparently the man did not tell her or did not mark it in the system. Don't worry - only 7 euros. The shower in the room needs to be repaired - the problem is in the shower heads (watering can). A couple of small cracks and chips were noticed in the room, but this is nonsense. I just wanted to write about breakfast, otherwise the hotel is good. Another question is the price - I think it's a bit expensive, but on the other hand - a good location and gorgeous views)

Very good location. Most of key touristic places are reachable by foot. The subway station is nearby, if you prefer to save time/walk less to main spots. Some rooms have a balcony which is quite enjoyable to relax on the evening, with a view to the Acropolis, which is quite cool. Otherwise rooms are basic, nothing fancy but clean and with all the necessary equipment. It's easily accessible from the airport (via the subway) Breakfast is good, worth the price. The neighborhood is peaceful. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful.

had a noisy room neighbor for couple of nights, but nothing terrible neither.

Staff at the Acropolis Ami Boutique Hotel was very friendly and helpful. They greeted us warmly each evening after a day of sightseeing. They helped us book transportation to the airport as well as an excursion to Delphi. Breakfast was lovely as well. Hotel is very clean. This is a great 3 star hotel for the price. Room is adequate size with decent amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer and the most essential in the summer: AIR CONDITIONING! WiFi worked well for us during the stay as well.

Beds could have been a bit more comfortable but sheets were soft. Location is up a steep hill and across a busy street but price is reasonable for the location. If you are looking for a decent, clean place to sleep/shower after a day of sightseeing, I recommend this hotel. It is a no frills place to sleep and shower but they have a lovely Greek breakfast. You'll enjoy the staff as well!

The staff were brilliant and so helpful. Really lovely. Anna was great and so was Zoe. The cleaning/breakfast lady was so lovely. The location was great. The hotel was very clean and everything I needed the staff accommodated.

The room with the view of acropolis was very very small with no cupboard to put clothes in. I had to get room changed. Also bathroom needs updating massively for both rooms I was in. Also I could hear people coughing next door so sound insulation wasnt great. The second room I was in was a better size. However the good points overtake the bad points for sure.

We stayed here for two nights before a cruise and enjoyed it so much that we stayed again for two nights right after the cruise. We arrived at the hotel at 10:00 am after the cruise and our room was ready for us! The staff here is wonderful. We would like to thank Zoi, Anna, and Ilias for being so friendly and helpful. They were so much fun to chat with. I don’t have the names of the housekeeping and breakfast staff, but everyone was excellent. Such friendly people! The location is fantastic. We walked everywhere to the major attractions and many restaurants are nearby as well as places to shop. The rooftop terrace has an amazing view of the Acropolis. The breakfast has a lot of variety, is delicious, and doesn’t end until 10:30 - such a reasonable time!

There are some minor deficiencies when compared to higher-cost hotels, but the stay here was so much more authentic than some sterile hotel.

The room was clean and bright. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a good area, off the beaten tourist tracks of Koukaki and Plaka. It's just far enough away, but not too far from the Akropolis, etc. Great neighborhood.

The room and bathroom were really small. I had thought the room was larger than it turned out to be. It made movement less than convenient.
