Location is great right behind the Acropolis museum. There are a lot of restaurants and shops close by. It is a 10 minute walk to the main entrance of Acropolis. It is a 20 minutes walk to the main shopping street. Metro station is just around the corner as well. Check in was easy and the provided information very helpful. Apartment was nice and modern.

There was no extra table in my apartment (no. 6), just a shelf at the wall with 2 chairs. You hear everything which is going on in the hallway. One needs to get used to the fact that you should not flash toilet paper down the toilet due to the old infra structure of the building.

Locations, amenities in the apartment and things like having the laundry room. Lots of security, various keys etc to get in to the main building then inner lobby too. So close to the acropolis and the old town. Good mix of touristy and local areas. Easy to walk from there to ancient sites too. Didn’t use any metro or buses as everything max 15 mins walk. We’d changed our dates a few times and yassir was very helpful in taking us through the best way to manage the booking, adding extra people on as well as organising a taxi to pick us up from the airport who was super knowledgeable, gave us a tour on the way to the apartment and we booked with him to pick us up from the cruise port too. Air con was fantastic.

Nothing we can think of - perhaps option of an add on for breakfast basket? But shops nearby open late

I loved my communication with Yannis and other staff. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job, and everyone had a pleasant energy. The location was perfect. The price paid was fair. I loved the decorations in the room and the messaging. My flight got cancelled in the morning, without warning. Yannis let me stay later in the room, to sort out a very stressful situation. (Thankfully, the room was not rented, and I left around 2:30 pm. I am sure he would have tried to help, had the room been rented) I was able to receive a package from a tea and spice shop in Corfu. I stayed for 8 nights and I would stay again. It's a condo hotel, but it felt like home for me.

The clothes dryer (in the laundry room) is not very powerful or needs to be repaired. But this is a minor issue. The washer worked fine.

emplacement : perfect location, you can easily access most archeological sites by foot (and the Acropolis is the closest!) propreté : the apartment was very clean, and they do the cleaning once every 3 days, which is a good frequency I think chambre : the apartment was fully equipped and the size was good for 1 person. For a couple, I would probably recommend a bigger size service : the service was great and very responsive (before check-in and during my stay), and messages were always very clear and detailed . Thank you Yannis :)

We were pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the room was. The room came with complimentary water and wine which was very nice! The check-in was late at night, so we accessed the key from a safe deposit box. Everything was arranged well in advance with proper and clear communication. The location was excellent and safe to wander around at night. There were several lovely bars nearby! We also made us of the storage/lockers in the other location after check-out. Would stay here again the next time.

The location of this property was incredible - around the corner from a train station and many restaurants. Within walking distance to many sites - perfect base for your stay in Athens!

There was a gym directly above our apartment so there was banging at times as weights were dropped but once we knew that we barely noticed it. Otherwise the apartment was perfect for our needs & plenty of space as well as access to a washing machine & dryer.

The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable with all the necessities provided. Location was near the Acropolis and other sights which was easily accessible by foot or metro. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, helped out with any issues and questions.

I would have given a perfect score but the noise was a major drawback. The apartment was in front of a very busy road and there was noise all the time, during the night too. Also the upstairs was extremely loud, I got to know that the whole upstairs is a gym and from 7:30am till 10:30pm there would be constant noises of jumping, equipment dropping and rolling and such. If you want to take a quiet break midday, sleep longer or go to sleep earlier it's impossible because there's always noise from upstairs. I would not recommend for light sleepers or for family with a baby.

The location is ideal, just around the corner from one of the busiest parts, meaning you feel like you're in the centre of all that's going on, but without all the noise. Metro literally behind the block. So is Plaka - a quaint area with proper tavernas... and tourist traps alike. It's a real nice neighbourhood. AB supermarket two roads away. We spent 10 nights there and we'd most probably book the same place if we return. We were in the two-bedroom apartment and it was really soundproof: we only heard the cleaner cleanining the room next to us. Yannis was great: we never met him in person, as the reception is a couple blocks away, but he was always within reach, and would reply to messages within minutes. I'd also recommend booking transfer from airport directly with Yannis - it was similar in price/cheaper than other options, convenient and safe. Apartment has all amenities, including a communal laundry room, microwave, fridge, hairdryer. I'd recommend taking/buying coffee and tea as you're only given a couple of teabags/coffee pods every three days (when the apartment is cleaned).

The ACs in one of the rooms was not cooling: it was only blowing room temperature air. It wasn't fixed during the 10 days we spent there, meaning we had to sleep with the door (bedroom leading to kitchen) open, and therefore no privacy at all (it's real hot at this time in the Mediterranean area). I'd recommend making sure all appliances are working properly before visitors are checked in. However we understand these things happen, and it does not merit any deduction in the review. Still 10 out of 10.

The apartment was very clean, modern with everything you could require. The beds were very comfortable and the settee in the lounge area was large, modern and comfortable. Although there was a fairly busy road nearby, we were not disturbed by any traffic noise. It was also very centrally situated near to the Acropolis and popular areas with a metro station close by. There was a public transport strike the day we arrived and the host helpfully telephoned us the day before to arrange a taxi transfer from the airport. We consider this apartment to be a gem and would certainly stay there again if we are in Athens and will recommend it to friends.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.
