the location and the view were amazing. in addition the bed was super comfy and the shower was amazing.

there was a lot of noise one of the morning with people shouting and drilling in the building. around 9am with no warning to residents. in addition the bottle opened for wine was broken. there is a dangerous piece of metal under the bath and between the balcony that you can trip and cut yourself on. One last thing we would advise the property is to put up some towel hooks as there is nowhere to hang your wet towels.

It was nice to have a balcony to sit out on. Really good shower. Comfortable bed and sofa. Really bright and spacious, a pleasure to come back to after a day of walking. Having the ability to drop shutters on the windows to black out the apartment at night was fantastic.

The building corridors are made of marble, or a similar substance, so sound travels very easily. Voices and the noise of children shouting can be heard as people move through the building. The bath is quite small so hard to relax in. The apartment is in an OK area but you need to walk a bit to get to any public transport, restaurants, shops, etc. For anyone with access needs, the building is accessible but the streets around the building are in a bad state of repair and the building is on a steep street.

The Apartment was very modern with a Fridge, Freezer, Hob, Microwave and a good sized Living and Bath room. The area around the property belies what you will find inside. Although the area does look a bit shady (believe me there are worse looking areas in Athens) we never at any time felt unsafe walking through it, even at night time. We swapped to this Apartment after our first one was very, very noisy from street traffic and people speaking on the street below. With this property we did not hear any outside noise at all.

We were in Room 43, which as you enter the door has a Window on the right hand side. Unfortunately, this faces out onto the sort of Lobby area of Floor 4 and each time someone walked walked in the area it turned the Hall lights on. As the bed is directly opposite this window, the lights would turn on very brightly on to the bed area during the night. You need to place a blind or curtains on this window to stop this happening during the night whilst trying to sleep.

Very clean comfortable modern apartment, close to most attractions and shops. Staff very helpful

Only fault I could find was that there was only a small clothes rail and was next to the wash hand basin and no storage for clothes but on reflection some of the other rooms were larger and would have suited us better

Modern, clean comfortable suite. Self contained so suitable for longer stay. Electronic check in so no key needed. Some nice little eateries close by and walking distance to the Acropolis. Roof top terrace with amazing view of the Acropolis spectacular in the evening!

The rooms are clean and new and in excellent condition, the staff is kind and the room is equipped and luxurious

The place is a 10 minute walk from the main streets

The location of the apartment was central to most historic sites, which was good. The apartment was clean and secure and convenient for sightseeing. We were out most days, and this apartment served the purpose of being a place to sleep at night. Decent gym.

The location was not the nicest in terms of anything to look out of or take a walk. We didn't see anyone there, so if we needed anything, there was nobody to ask or speak to. Not great if you want to enjoy the apartment or just stay in. Very very compact. No place for anything apart from the beds. Views from the balconies was rubbish.

We had a one bedroom suite. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The lighting in the suite was very good, particularly in the bedroom. The view of the Acropolis from the rooftop is very nice. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the Acropolis museum and restaurants. The communication from management regarding check-in was good.

I did not like our city view which was actually the view of the back of apartments and a very, very noisy street. The neighborhood itself seemed a bit run down. There is no closet space and the bedroom is very small. Although everything went well with the contactless check-in, I prefer to have a concierge on site.

-Location- although it was a ten minute walk to the main areas- it felt a lot longer than that when you are walking in the hot sun, through a run down area of town. It is fine for a short stay but would not recommend if you have children or if you have any mobility issues. The walk back to the hotel is somewhat uphill. - The room had not been cleaned properly- lots of hair and dust balls in the corners of the bedroom floor, dirty coffee table. Rest of the room was cleaned appropriately -The property kindly provided some nespresso pods but no creamers. It would have been nice to have a few teabags and creamers provided for when you first arrive. I found an OK grocery store about 5 minutes away from the property which had a reasonable selection of items

Communication was excellent and instructions were easy to follow which allowed for a speedy and efficient access to the suites. The rooms were spotless and the cleaning staff very thorough. The view from the rooftop was amazing. It was a very short walk to the Plaka and surrounding sites.

Lux&Easy also owns apartments in a different part of town and a cab driver delivered us to the wrong property late at night and left us when we tried to explain that we were at the wrong place. Fortunately, it was a short walk to the nearest taxi stand and a friendlier cab driver. Not the property's fault but something to be aware of.
