Both hosts - Giannis and Anathesia - were excellent. A very warm welcome and information to get us started with our vacation (Giannis) - review of unit we were staying in and the area on the map for us to keep and links on WhatsApp for local interests. They were professional, friendly, attentive, and very helpful, always available to assist, whether it be with the unit, travel, and/or bookings. AC was great, the unit was clean, kitchen had enough stuff to make and eat your own meals after picking up some food from local supermarket, washing machine in washroom was great so we didn't have to pack a lot and did a wash halfway through our stay, had daily housekeeping which was done well, and central to Athens and the Acropolis area. Close walk to tram, metro subway train, and local busses. The "Coffee Joint" not too far from our unit quickly became our favorite breakfast/brunch place before going out for the day. Nothing I can think of, it was an excellent experience.

Concierge - We couldn’t have felt more welcome. Wonderful apartment- Bright, beautifully updated apartment with huge shower, two balconies, and washing machine. Location-Less than 2 blocks away from grocery, tram line, and at least two wonderful restaurants. Housekeeping- cleaned meticulously every day and replenished towels, toiletries and laundry detergent.

It’s in the middle of a residential area with apartments so the views were not great. Also, the water was able to go under the shower door making big puddles. Luckily there were plenty of towels.

- location: close to supermarkets and restaurants, walking distance (5-10m) to acropolis museum, and other neighborhoods (like plaka). - staff: that went above and beyond to answer our questions and give recommendations - accommodation itself: functional, 3 terraces including a roof top one, clean and complete flat, mosquito nets on all sliding doors - elevator: tight but appreciated

- I guess it is in the whole Athens like this, but it can get very loud even late at night due to traffic, I suspect sound isolation also from the lobby could be improved.

It was amazing to be able to explore Athens by foot. The location of the property was central to all of the major tourist attractions, within a 20 minute walk, but away from the hustle and bustle of large crowds. Being able to wander around Athens without having to rely on the Metro allowed us to experience the hidden gems of Athens. Additionally, the staff were exceptional! Giannis was helpful and answered all questions before our arrival and during our stay. He provided us with recommendations and made sure to follow up with every request we made. I will definitely be recommending 12 Keys Apartment to anyone who is looking to stay in Athens.

The hosts Giannis and Anastasia are extremely kind and helped us - litterally - in a matter of minutes with any issue: printing boarding tickets, tip for a barbershop in the vicinity, general advice (restaurants, transport system, etc.), taxi booking for the return. The apartment was isolated through double windows and we were placed, as requested, on a less exposed floor, so they did their best. The location is exceptional, as we were able to quickly reach on foot the archeological sites, museums, city center, as well as Glyfada beaches and Pyreus by tram nr. 6/7. The possibility to use a taxi service (included in the price) from the airport to the apartment was great, the taxi driver was waiting for us as expected and on time.

It was a bit noisy especially in the night, mainly due to neverstopping traffic, but this is Athens.

Great top floor apartment within walking distance of all the major sights and sites. Really clean, great views from the roof. Well equipped for a short stay. Spacious, great AC, good housekeeping, thank you. Very friendly, informative and helpful staff especially Giannis and a young lady who's name I didn't catch, sorry. And really clean thanks. I mentioned this twice because it is VERY important. Close to the tram and a short walk from the Acropolis Metro station. In fact, if you are travelling on the Metro from the airport or Piraeus, instead changing lines at Syntagma, and walking from Acropolis, hop on to the tram at Syntagma for a couple of stops as the tram station is at the end of the street. Thanks Giannis for this tip.

There was not really anything not to like about the apartment or the location.. If I was picky, then the building a couple of doors down the street blocked a panoramic view of the Acropolis from the roof terrace, but that's hardly 12Key's fault. Not much views other than of the street from the apartment itself, but to be fair, the apartment is bang in the centre of the city

The most important thing is the central position: 8 minutes walk from Acropoli's musuem and 25 minutes walk from Syntagma square. The metro was also 8 minutes walk, but we did not use it because Athens is not a big city and you can avoid public transports. The flat is clean (they cleaned it every day) and has windows and balconies, meaning a lot of natural light. The beds are comfortable and the parking availability (even if it has to be paid 10 Euro a day) is a big plus. In addition, the host suggested us a very good place nearby where to eat good Greek food and we enjoyed it a lot. The host was really helpful: we needed safety pins and he provided them the same day we asked. We did not meet him in person (because in the time he was at the place we were visiting) but we were always in touch via email. Collecting the keys for the check-in was easy, as the instructions were clear.

We liked everything. A suggestion: the kitchen has exactly the minimum you need to cook some food, we used everything to cook some meals. Maybe add some small cups (to drink coffee), some dishes and some pots: this would help the guests who want to cook meals.

The location was great and the welcome from Anastasia was 1st class. The apartment was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

The shower in Room 3B was a small hand held head which did not have much power. The terrace did not offer a a peaceful place to sit. From all the other reviews I chose this apartment as it seemed to offer more. It was clean comfortable and well placed with lovely receptionist but not a place to relax in and feel on holiday. This might just be our 2nd floor room as I understand there is a roof terrace room (which I initially thought the roof was part of the property to access).

Lovely apartment, tastefully decorated and modern. The reception guys are really friendly and helpful and can't do enough for you. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the Acropoli Metro station and is ideal for walking to the sites and places popular to visit. The apartment has great air conditioning and electric blinds to cut out all light. Comfy beds, plenty of fresh towels and a washing machine. Housekeeping was great too. Toiletries provided plus cold water in the fridge on arrival. We loved our stay and would stay again. Thank you.

Loud music on 2 of our nights there until 2am. Not sure where it was coming from as I didn't spot any clubs/bars in the vicinity. Not any fault of the owners though.

The staff was fantastic. Very approachable. The were very organised even before we arrived as we came after hours and they gave us precise instructions to get in. The apartment had all the amenities (particularly all the necessary kitchen items was there for a proper functioning kitchen), it was well clean and tidy and well prepared needed for a good stay.

The outside noises at all hours of the night but still the location of the apartment was great (close to most of the tourist locales).
