Location of the hotel is great, they have multiple hotels together being operated. Staff is very friendly with excellent service. Breakfast is very good and their partner hotel Annabella few steps away has a nice terrace and we were allowed to go check it out. Its beautiful terrace with great views of Florence. Eva the one helped us during the check in is awesome, gave us directions and recommendations for attractions and food.

Bathroom could have been little more organized, and the elevator makes a jerk and noise when it starts.

Location is excelent. The receptionists Jona and Sana and the staff working in the Kitchen were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was fine though could have had more lactose free products like cheese, milk, yogurt and more products for vegans.

We were expecting to have a more comfortable room. We experienced failure of electricity supply twice when we switched on the TV, thus we did not take advantage of the TV. Receptionists were available till 17:00 so, when once happened that some residents were trapped in the elevator we had to make an emergency call in order to ask for help. During the weekdays the elevator was busy due to the fact that in this building some other companies have their offices too. Lack of a lobby where someone may relax and /or have an activity is an issue.

Location - 3-5 mins. walk from Firenze SMN train station therefore very accessible. About 15-20 mins. walk to the historic center. There are cafès and restaurants nearby. Property - Spacious and just right for 3 people. Equipped with a mini ref. Service - We checked in late but we still had someone to assist us. We loved the breakfast buffet, the selection varies from sweet to savory. We must say this is the highlight of our stay. ❤️

Maybe just suggestion to update the floors of the room. Also a bigger space or place where we can put our things in the bathroom. There was a mini shelf but not enough to hold toiletries.

It was clean and well kept. Imelda, the lady in the reception, gave us breakfast before checking in and the man who did the check in, provided us with a map and a possible journey. They were both welcoming and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The location is within walking distance of all the main turistic attractions of Florence, the staff were lovely, providing a map of the city and directions to points of interest, good breakfast, clean rooms, all in all a very good value for money.

I enjoyed my stay at Astrid hotel! The location is excellent, providing convenient access to attractions. The highlight was the delicious breakfast - a delightful start to each day. Highly recommended for a fantastic stay!

Location is close to the railwaystation and everything you need to see in Florence are within walking distance from the hotel Room was cleaned everyday Breakfast was good Everything was perfect during our stay for holiday in Florence

Great location, literally next to the train station and not too far from the other city attractions. Helpful staff and the breakfast was great.

Older property, have to be careful about the mosquitos (not a property issue, in general an issue with Florence, or any other place near water). Elevator / lift is a little small.

The location was good , spacious , clean , the staff especially the noon receptionist was a great helpful person

The toiletries was limited and we ran out of soap and no replacement was provided , the street smelled bad
