Excellent location, nice peaceful area. The hotel room is tastefully decorated, bed is super-comfy. I had an online presentation from the hotel, the wifi worked well. The communication before and after check-in was smooth and effective, the receptionists were super helpful. We arrived late to the place, they offered us self-check-in without extra fee (although it was stated on booking). There is a nice restaurant in the nearby (something like 300-400 m from the hotel), Fratelli Briganti. Pretty much recommended. For breakfast, there is a tasty place (Pasticceria Caldana) on Leopoldo.

Everything was super.

Staff and communication were great. It is in a very nice location, close to the tram to city centre, away from the crowds yet accessible and lots of amenities near by. This was our first time in Florence so wasn't sure if the location would be convenient to commute to historical/touristic places, and we weren't disappointed. Staff helped us with every aspect of our stay and questions, had very good communication/updates about our stay, and they even responded immediately when we had an issue late in the evening during the weekend (their off hours). Room was equipped with good enough utilities for a quick breakfast and snacks/cooking. Room was good size and beds were comfortable.

Bathroom, even though having enough space, wasn't properly set up. Shower facing directly to the bath/toilets rather than the bath tub itself. You have to use the curtains to prevent wet floors, and we don't necessarily like bath curtains (doesn't feel clean/neat). Everything else were working perfectly fine.

Great cosy new nicely decorated apparment. It felt immediately like home and we had all the things we need for a great vacation, great bathroom with washing machine and Nice kitchen for a home Made dinner. The location is very good. Its a bit on the edge of north florence avoiding heavy traffic, great parking and from the appartment you can easaly go to the center with the tram. Above all the hostess was really sweet and helpfull. She helped us how to best explore florence and she even helped is with arranging a covid test for our trip back to holland. Highly recommended!

The apartment is absolutely stunning! Wes Anderson vibes. It has everything you need, from coffee machine, kettle, microwave, hairdrier. The staff were super helpful. The location, while not very close to the city center, its super reachable as you have a tram stop 200 metres from the residence which directly leads to the city center (Leopoldo station to Valfonda - Santa Maria Novella). Incredibly reliable tram services and you can basically buy the tickets from each stastion as they have ticket machines - you can use your card as well.

No furniture on the balcony and no protective sheets for the second blanket - but I cannot rate lower than exceptional based on this.

Everything was just perfect and would definitly come back. The lady that welcomed us was so nice and helpful!The apartment was very clean and comfortable and quiet. The building is placed on a safe and peaceful street very close to some restaurants were locals eat and where the food is excelent. We travelled by car and the lady asked us if we need parking. So we were offered a private parking against 15euro/day,which was really great as Italy is a very difficult and expensive place to park your car. Overall,the experience was great and would surely come back!

Amazing location, few minutes from the Tram station which takes you anywhere within 10-15 minutes. The best part was the appartement: we had everything we needed, including a full kitchen, and even a laundry that we made use of, hanging our clothes outside on the provider clothes hanger. The appartement was very clean as well. Last but not least, the staff was amazing, they supported our stay in every possible way, making it comfortable and enjoyable, they even provided us all the information we needed to have a safe and nice visit of Florence.

Very suitable and recommended accomodation for families. Traveling with teenagers we had a whole appartment with bedroom for us and a sleeping facility for the children in the living room. The kitchen is very well equipped to prepare breakfast and even for cooking. We had parking included which was great and used public transportation during our stay in Florence. The location of the appartment is in a non-touristic neighborhood, 4 train stops away from the historic center which is really easily reached within 10 minutes. The train stop is less than 5 minutes walking distance away from the home. The service and responsiveness of the owners was very good and kind.

very spacious, clean and comfortable. The manageress was incredibly helpful. The airline (KLM) lost our luggage on the day of arrival, and the Manageress at Residence Leopoldo made great efforts phoning the airline and airport for us to help us recover our suitcases. very kind and went beyond her duties in taking care of us. she really helped us to enjoy our stay.

The location is out of the center of town, with not much in the way of facilities close by, but it is an easy tram ride on a single line into town.

Communication was excellent with the reception both prior to and during our stay which compensated for the very limited check-in hours. The apartment was apparently recently refurbished, therefore it was very modern and clean, and it met all of our expectations. We were particularly happy with the AC and the bed both of which contributed to the opportunity for us to have quality sleep. It is impossible to shut doors loudly, therefore this kind of noise does not exist in the building which is perfect.

On some mornings, cleaners started working as early as 8am and, unfortunately, when using the vacuum cleaner and moving stuff next door, or in the apartment above ours, it was completely impossible to continue sleeping. If this had not happened, I would have given a 10 without hesitation.

The apartment is in a lovely part of the city, close to the center but isolated from all the touristic chaos; close to a market, cafes and one minute away from the tram that goes directly to the city center and train station. The room is big and beautiful, with a balcony and packed with everything you need for cooking, ironing, washing your clothes (so it's perfect for a more budget friendly stay!). The staff is very polite and flexible with all your needs. They even gave us a recommandation for restaurants and it was 10/10! Highly recommend staying here.

The only thing I wish were different are the thin walls, you can easily hear through them.
