A bit far from the centre but the bus-lines were convenient and on time

the family who rents out the room is very friendly, polite and welcoming the place is actually also the families' home and so it also feels a bit more like home than an actual bed & breakfast the house is located in a small park area, which makes it peacefully quiet, falling asleep and waking up to the sound of birds and grills in a big city like Firenze is quite unique and makes this place a charming little treasure in addition, the family always helps out if you have questions or just ask for local information about events or nice venues to eat or have a drink

not really anything to mention here, but (in case you didn't read the description) there is a shared bathroom, so it could be that the bathroom is occupied from other guests when you need it, just keep this in mind; also keep in mind that Italian breakfast is nice, but simple. some croissant and cookies and a relaxing cup of buon caffé is all you need and which is also what you get, so don't expect a big, continental breakfast

The family were so incredibly kind, polite, friendly and helpful. They made us feel like we were part of their family, made us feel so welcome and were happy to help in any way they could. They were a beautiful family that made us feel like we were staying in the 'real' Italy and that we could gain an insight into the local Italian life.

The location wasn't that close to the centre, but accessible via very good public transport. Bus and tram were frequent and easy to connect to the city.

Away from city hustle in a lovely place. Stefania and her family were amazing hosts! Very welcoming, will guide you how to navigate places and where to go. Breakfast also lovely.Easy location to get to centre of Florence by transport or longish walk by the river

Nothing negative to add it was a lovely stay and if we return again to Florence will try and stay here again

On arrival the owners came out to greet us. Show to our very spacious room and Stephanie explained ways of travelling into Florence and places of interest on a street map. Not a modern sterile place but full of character in a country setting right next to a golf course.

Nothing but I found prior reviews misleading. Our room was spotless etc.

Everything was perfect and very friendly host, they let me leave my car before check in time, I don't usually use public transportation but I never struggled going to the city center and back until I did it twice in the same day. I'll back again thank you

Is didn't I like, but I would have preferred if the laundry detergent had a more fresh scent.

Stefania and Maria where so welcoming and their home is absolutely beautiful. The B&B is surrounded by greenery and a short walk from the Arno river which you can follow down right to the center of florence. I will absolutely be staying here when i next visit this beautiful city.

The rooms was very clean and big. The bed is really comfortable and it is quiet around there. The hosts are really nice. They even helped me Out catching my train. Thank you so much! It was amazing!

loved the location felt like home. public transportation was very accessible and I was always treated kindly

Stephanie and Mario are extremely helpful, even when there is a language barrier. They helped me call a taxi and navigate around the property

It is a bit difficult to find late at night, no lights down the driveway.
