The location - right on the Duomo Piazza - can’t be beaten in the great little B&B. The manager was kind enough to upgrade me to a room with an indoor bathroom and the most stunning view. With the windows shut, the noise from the square wasn’t bad at all and waking up in the morning to see the Dome and the Campanile right outside my window was so worth it. There is an elevator after the 1st set of stairs, which makes it easier if you have luggage. Breakfast was basic but tasty. Great value for money, good staff and awesome location.

The staff was super friendly and the location is perfect! We could check-in early which was amazing! Also our room was really spacious and quite. The bed was comfy. Nice with fresh crossiants in the morning. I would recommend this hotel!

Maybe the breakfast could have been a bit more than just the sweet stuff. Also the shower was super small, although I'm a small person it was small even for me. It was a bit smelly of smoke in the corridor, but luckily not in our room.

Great location in the very center of Florence attractions. Best view of the city as well. Most Florence attractions are in walking distance to the accomodation. You can also wake up early, open your window and get the view of the city before it gets full with tourists.

it was abit cold at night but i guess with more or thicker duvet this can be solved. The checkout time is too early. 9 something. it felt like I didnt sleep properly. I recommend 11 or 10:30am. If i came with children that time would be hard to meet.A>

The staff was very friendly and provided us with meals in advance so we could eat early as we had an early schedule. The location was great, all the tour sites were within walking distance and the Duomo is on the doorstep. There are so many restaurants nearby. The air conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable.

The weather was hot and there was no refrigerator, but there was a supermarket nearby so I could buy cold drinks and soft drinks and ice.

You can't beat the location. Their rooms are at the top floor. The windows are rather high so I had to stand to gaze at the duomo, when I was expecting to be able to sit and read or enjoy coffee while looking at it. It was more like baptistry view. The room was a typical small European accommodation but clean and functional with lots of lights. The bathroom was spacious. Heater and hot water worked. Caretaker Rafel was helpful and delightful. Breakfast was generous and filling.

The electric kettle could use a cleaning! And I wish the duomo was a bit easier to "view" but all in all I would still recommend this option.

I loved the breakfast, the workers (they do speak English! but of course, i still tried to speak some Italian as best I could) and the triple room we stayed in with the nice bathroom, view of the duomo, and painted ceiling. The triple room could have fit four people quite comfortably - it was huge! We had it just for two because one friend dropped out last minute and it was very spacious. The staff were also very kind to let us leave our luggage a few hours after check-out.

It was hard to find the building on our maps, we had to explore the whole piazza with our luggage to find it. They also were not the easiest to get a hold of - we waited at the door a while. But it was all worth it and the staff was extremely kind.

Excellent welcome, very informative and helpful. Superb location right next to the Duomo and in the middle of everything. Easy walk from train station.

The best location in town! Open our room window we were facing the stunning duomo. the room is spacious and clean. The breakfast was served in room with fresh made hot croissant and we loved it! the staff was very nice to meet our needs and responded to our requests instantly.

the only thing was there was not any place to put shampoo or shower gel bottle in shower room. I had to put them on the floor.

right in the heart of the city, across from the duomo. very soundproof windows were perfect. slightly shabby (flaky paint on ceiling for instance but didn’t affect our stay and was slightly charming). A/c was cool but not “cold” one small flight of stairs before the elevator if you have a heavy bag. lovely staff who go home at noon. until staff go home you can hear every word. but very quiet at night.

The location is very perfect to travel around in florence, means almost locations are reached by walk. Additionally the room is definitely clean and the staff is super friendly and nice. I will stay here again for sure and strongly recommended for the first travelers in florence.
