Firenze Rooms Cathedral B&B0

The whole place was very clean. Also the room was very clean. The room was big and nice. The shower and the temperature of the water, perfect. It was easy to access from the train station Firenze S.M. Novella. Great location just 50 meters form Il Duomo di Firenze, and right in the center of the city. Close to all touristic spots. The most important positive aspect for me was that a women (I believe the owner) reached out to me via WhatsApp before our arrival and helped me with everything. The few times that I reached out to her she replied right away and in a very nice was always providing a solution. This was a massive positive aspect.

Something that can be improved was that I had to remind the person in charge every day to change the towels. Nevertheless he always did it and always with a smile. Also, even though they requested a credit card for the booking and I provided the card before I arrived, with a lot of anticipation, they charged me when I arrived which was confusing and I had to check my credit card log because the other hotels charged me in advance. And that was an expense that had to be taken care of after booking.

The location of the property is superb, right by the Duomo and the staff are excellent. It’s worth booking just for that. its tastefully decorated with a table and tea making. We had a triple room which was nice and spacious.

The shower over the bath was nice and hot but the bath has a narrow base which made it tricky and slippery to stand in and get in and out of. It would be a lot better to just have a shower. It seemed like the bathroom had been renovated in part but the bath/shower was left as old. There was a mini fridge stocked with goods like a hotel with high prices but this is called a B&B so we expected a fridge we could at least put our own water in and a welcome bottle of water would have been well received given the heat. Our room also was at the back of the building with no outlook at all. The location made up for that though.

THE LOCATION. There is no better location in Florence. You walk out of your door and you are at the Duomo. The hosts were super helpful and good at communicating.

The window looked out onto an interior courtyard that was filled with a conservatory so our room had no natural light. The water also took about 10 minute to get warm but apart from that everything else was perfect.

Very spacious rooms! FANTASTIC location and easy to access once you check-in. Impeccably clean and I loved the stocked mini bar.

No curtains or blinds on the bathroom window and the window overlooks a courtyard. The unit is very clean and well maintained except for the shower which needs an upgrade. I also would have loved a hair dryer in the unit and a thicker comforter or softer sheets.

This property was excellent. The room was spacious ,super clean, very comfortable bed ,new and renovated bathroom, and the best thing is the location. The location is 10/10. 20 sec from the Cathedral santa maria del fiore 😊 . Also i would like to add that the staff was very proffesional , the check in was smooth and they helped us for everything we needed. I higly recomend this property for everyone who is searching to stay one or 2 nights in the beautiful city of Florence.

location of the property is perfect! worth for the money. I think it’s all I paid for LOCATION. Staff responded promptly thru wats app when you have concerns.

TV wasn’t working. it was changed on our last day but signal was bad. fridge doesn’t get cold. AC isn’t enough for the rooms size. No hot water.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Firenze Rooms Cathedral. We highly recommend it! The hotel is steps away from the big attractions. The rooms are contemporary style, specious and very clean. The staff is very kind. We will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family, and will be happy to stay there again.

Pedro is an amazing host! He helped us with everything during all of our stay. Also the location couldn't be more central, it's basically 2 steps from the Cathedral.

During our stay the building had some construction work going on so it was impossible to sleep because they started to do a lot of noise before 7AM.

The communication was exceptional. From the time of booking throughout our stay. Questions were answered promptly and in a very friendly way as well! I'm planning another trip for Florence and won't even look to book elsewhere.

Amazing location right next to the Duomo! We were able to leave our luggage before check in since we arrived early in the city which was a huge plus. Over all it was great and we would definitely stay again in the future!
