Big size rooms, nice balcony and clean bathrooms. Decent location with bus stops 5-min walking distance.

The staff doesn't speak English at all so don't expect them to give you any recommendation for the city food, etc. Also there is no lift in the property so bear in mind you would need to climb three sets of stairs with heavy suitcases.

The room was spacious and clean with very nice bathroom, breakfast room stock up with fresh, delicious pastry every morning, kitchen available for everyone, fridge, microwave etc the weather was fabulous we had breakfast in the garden every morning. Teresa and Andrea welcomed us warmly, thank you for such a pleasant stay 😊

Beautiful rooms and very clean; the rooms had a lovely scent. The owner was kind and resourceful, with great recommendations for his son's restaurant! (Cavalieri Ponte Vecchio Ristro). The beds were also very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning with the homemade croissants were delicious! Overall, 10 out of 10!

Everything was amazing!

We had very nice time in this place. Room was very spacious and clean with well working air conditioning. The host was very kind and helpful even if we arrived very late at 10 pm. Check out was very simple and contactless. Our room was on the top floor and we were allowed to keep kid trolley in the hall downstairs (very comfortable for us because there is no lift). Breakfast was enough to feel full - very delicious croissants :). They have also very charming garden where you can eat or just relax :). Really beautiful place and near Duomo (15 min walk).

bed was not comfortable enough for us (we felt springs in mattress) but definitely it's depend on what you prefer :).

All Staff were very friendly, felt very homely, were made to feel very welcome. Cleaner came in every day to empty bins and make bed. Room was a good size and had a bonus of a large terrace to sit out on. would stay again if in Florence. Lovely little garden/patio area to sit in or to eat breakfast.

Overall we had a fab break just a few little negatives. Would have liked a kettle in room to make a coffee in morning/evening, there is a coffee machine in dining room with a small cost outside breakfast hours but we were on top floor so long walk down and back up. When booking the room I thought there were kitchen facilities in the room refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine but there wasn't. A kitchen is available for guests to use with those items in though. Being on the top floor there were lots of steps to encounter Teresa kindly took my suitcase up when we arrived, bear that in mind when booking a room if stairs would be a problem for you. Would have liked another mirror in the room as only one in bathroom.

Everything was spot on! The room was clean, and I loved the old world style of it. The breakfast was lovely with great fresh pastries and a good quality coffee/hot chocolate self serve machine, the hot chocolate was lovely. The kitchen was great and had Everything needed. That to me was a special touch and gave the place a feeling of homeliness! The outdoor terrace was a welcoming place to hang out in the evening after a long day of walking.. The old town is only a 20 minute walk down one straight road. I would highly recommend this place! It had such a lovely feel to it, woth every need considered.

The breakfast consisted of different types of pastries, and unfortunately no protein. There were fruits for the residents in the fridge which I found to be very nice. The coffee/cappuccino machine was a little gem in the kitchen. I really liked the small garden where I could have a lunch and relax. The rooms are cleaned daily and are clean.

This was a very good stay overall. A few things that were ok but somewhat confused me: 1. There was a second bed but no bed sheets for it. I should have really asked for it. 2. I could not figure out which bin to put garbage. There were 2 bins labeled: plastic/glass and paper. Where does the rest should go? 3. Would have been nice to have “do not disturb sign”. I personally don’t like when someone cleans my room on short stays. Aside from those tiny concerns the stay was great.

The hotel is not big and very cozy. The decorations inside make it feel very cozy. It's located in the quite street of Florence. It was a 20 minute walk to the center for us. So we took a bus. A few stops and we were in the city centre. A big supermarket is near. Very convenient. The common kitchen is great. Has a stove to cook, an fridge to leave your stuff in there. Plenty of different dishes. Breakfast was good as well. Beds were very comfortable. In general, we enjoyed our staying a lot.

We loved everything about this place. Teresa is so friendly and warm. The room was huge, comfy and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood had a nice, local feel but there were excellent restaurants nearby and lots of transportation options to get into the center of town. There's a supermarket a block away and a clean kitchen where you can cook for yourself, but the food options nearby were so good that we ate out all the time. Italian cookies and fresh croissants at breakfast were a lovely touch though. Would absolutely stay here again.

The room is in the second floor and very sunny. Moreover, it is very spacious. The location is good, about 15min walk to the centre (Duomo). Quiet neighborhood but you have options if you need a restaurant or a bar within 3 min walk. Finally, I always found parking for my car outside the hotel.

We didn't have any serious issues during our stay. If I have to say something is that during the check-in there was no an English speaking person and that breakfast could be better (big quantity, mediocre quality).
