The apartment was immaculate and could not fault it

The apartment was on the ground floor directly opposite the entrance and meeting area. Even though there was notification that it is a quiet hotel and asked guests to be quiet, people congregated at night at the entrance to talk. one evening had to ask two gents sitting on the sofa in the hall at 1:30am to keep quiet. The problem is the decoration, it is all hard surfaces with no carpet or soft furnishing to absorb any noise. Having a sofa in the small entrance invites people to sit does and talk.

It’s a beautiful modern spacious apartment, very lovely and great size for a family of 4/6, had lots of space and we loved the goodies left by the host which was unexpectedly pleasant. I’ll recommend this place to anyone coming, very good location and we were able to walk to the city centre easily only a 20 min walk were all the shops, restaurants and monuments and also about 23 min walk to the train station, there also a bus stop opp the apartment. I have to point out that even though we were on the ground floor and directly on a busy road, once indoors it’s so quiet and peaceful

Loads of mosquitoes and bugs, apartment needs to fumigated, we got mosquito spray which helped a bit but many other bugs, wld be nice to get extra bedsheets and duvets for the spare pull out beds and also for the kitchen, a microwave would have been great to heat up left overs.

This is very modern apartment, well maintained and well equiped. It is even possible to cook something simple, while laundry room downstairs is a real advantage. Self check in and out are awesome and the staff is always online to answer all possible questions. The location is a bit in the distance to the city center, but it is rather an advantage than not, because it is very nice and not crowded area, which gives you impression on of real city. Plus there are several groceries and coffee places near. The walk to the center is still short - about 20 mins Also: Stibbert Museum is near and it is really worth visiting.

Maybe I would appreciate some written instructions for kitchen appliances instead of contacting the staff via WhatsApp with easy questions.

The flat was incredible for the size and design alone. High ceilings and newer renovation with designer touches made this place amazing. Not only that, but it's quite large for a place in Florence. The one I chose came with a private courtyard! It was so nice to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. I'm sure only one or two have that feature, but it was amazing. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty or storage for my luggage. There's even laundry downstairs in the basement, which is handy when you're traveling for a long time. I would definitely stay again!

It does get noisy, especially when people come and go from the front door, but that's to be expected anywhere in any city. They do provide earplugs if the noise bothers you. It's about a 20-30 min walk to the Domo, but I didn't mind the walk. It's in a nice neighborhood, and there's also a bus that you can take if you prefer.

2 bedroom and both en-suite. Has baggage lockers although it is first-come-first-serve basis. Air conditioning during hot summer is a plus. Generous with coffee pods. Modern design.

En-suite bathroom that does not make any sense. In bed room 1, there’s a en-suite bathroom but the shower & bathtub is located outside the bathroom (but inside the room) and the sink and toilet bowl is inside the toilet. In bedroom 2, there’s a en-suite bathroom, but it is split into 2 compartment where one cubicle consist of shower + sink and the other cubicle contains the toilet bowl and bidet but no sink, meaning I have to walk across the room to use the other cubicle every time I use the toilet. Also, although the staff are very helpful and quick to reply to WhatsApp messages, they are unable to call for taxi. They recommend the app which will not allow you to book a taxi in advance, and it is difficult to speak to the radio taxi operator unless you know Italian.

The apartment was large and quiet. Great A/C! We loved the codes and PIN numbers that allowed easy check-in, use of luggage lockers, laundry room, and checkout. The 2 washers and dryers for the building were a big bonus. What’s App communication with staff was excellent.

The apartment was fine but a bit more rundown than it looked from the photos on Booking.com. There wasn’t anything major, but it could use a thorough deep cleaning, coat of paint, and repairs to the shower that leaked, front door handle, and kitchen window shutter that doesn’t close. Also, be aware that it is a good 25 minute walk to the train station and the historic center. We like being a bit outside the heavy tourist area, but this was a little too far for us. There was, however, a bus stop about a five minute walk from the apartment. All in all, it met our needs but we probably could have found something nicer and more centrally-located for the price.

We visited Firenze in January and we had a fantastic apartment. Living room - dining area - kitchen upon entry. One of the bedrooms with bathroom and toilet on this floor. The other bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet on the upper level below the roof. The house is basically and apartment hotel, we stayed on the top floor. Everything modern and great design. Furniture and accessories all brand new. Very comfortable beds and linens. The center is close and the walk is nice. Cafés and restaurants nearby. Just perfect. We found parking very close to the house.. All communication on whatsapp and email, very accurate.

Property is secure and well-located. It's near the bus stop. Train station and duomo cathedral are about 20 minutes by walking. You will need to bring good walking shoes for that.

1) Asked for assistance in booking an airport shuttle but was just given a link to a service that rejected my request, twice! I informed the host about this but he/she couldn't help any further. I literally asked for help in getting a booking since other hosts do facilitate, but I received no further assistance. 2) Property is equipped with a nice kitchen, but with a disclaimer that if the fire alarm triggers a fire department visit, client will pay the necessary fees. This deterred us from using the stove.

everything was exceptional! our 1 bedroom apartment had a bathtub, great quality toiletries, a garden with tables and chairs where we had our meals daily, the kitchen had everything we needed, the closet had so much space, drawers and a big mirror, the bed was comfortable and the electric fire place added to the mood at night. you could see the quality of materials used in the interior and the design that was made with people in mind. highly highly recommend, I loved every minute of our stay there and I can’t wait to be back!

Good location, modern design, high ceiling, laundry facility, coffee machine and coffee.

The wardrobe area design was a bit odd, should have taken down the glass door for more space. Not much spaces for 4 adults’ big suitcases. The bathtub stairs were a bit too high and slippery with the flat wood that retains water. There was no bath tub mat nor handle to prevent slipping. Not a suitable environment for older parents. The bath tub was not flowing smoothly, turns out that there were a bunch of leftover hairs not cleaned by housekeeping. There squared sinks arent well designed as water came out and wet the sink area (and cosmetic bag and floor), and there was a leakage. When reported the maintenance guy came the next day and did a check. However if the flat wooden design isnt changed, the wet surface might continue.
