Diana Park Hotel

The room was OK, I would even say very good as for 3* hotel. Comfortable beds, good/modern bathroom. Possibility to park the car in the yard. 20 min. walk to city centre. Several good bars just around the corner.

Parking places are extremely narrow, and there is not much space in the yard, so it was really problematic to drive out even with the small car. The second issue was with the breakfast on one day (second day everything was OK), we came at 8:45 and there were almost nothing left. We ate just some buns with butter and coffee.

Staff was great, and supermarket and bus stop right on the corner. Peaceful area.

Some noice but not much, came from the street and from the hallway, so I would recommend earplugs. Very small shower. Bus stop was 10 meters from the front door and easy to take the bus to city center/train station, but coming back to the hotel was exhausting with 20 minute walk, since I didn't want to use time to find right bus or bus station in city center

Good breakfast, close to the bus station (15-20 min to Florence city center by bus), quite area. Huge bed, stylish room, amazing bathroom (hidramasssge in the shower cabin)

The room was at ground floor facing the reception. A lot of noize from reception guests. Also it was very dark because the window was facing an interior courtyard, it had bars and very little light came into the room.

I had a great experience here and the value is good for the money. It’s an affordable place to stay just a 10 minute bus ride from central Florence. The front desk service was impeccable and they helped me get bus tickets and held my luggage after checkout for a few hours. The room was comfortable and met all my needs for my stay.

The shower is a bit small but that’s just cause I’m a big guy. The air was a tad stuffy but the front desk activated the room fan for me.

Liked the 24h reception and politeness of the employees. Air condition was working nicely when windows are closed. We didn't hear the noise either.

Even though it looked clean, my dust allergy was acting crazy. I assume it's a carpet and big, heavy curtains. We got only one pillow so I don't even know did they put the two of us in a single room unit, cus the bed was not that big either. We also got only one showering towel. Toilet paper was one layer which we found funny cus the hotel has that old luxury style, but then the toilet paper is one role of one layer. It needs mosquito protection.

We booked the room with breakfast included. When we arrived the staff told us, that we don t have breakfast and probably is an issue from Booking, but they didn t take any actions to resolve this "issue", so at this moment if you reserve a room, the message with breakfast included is still there.

- Friendly stuff, helped us with bus tickets and allowed to check-in earlier - Room looked like on pictures - Breakfast was good - Good location - King size double bed

- Third bed in our room was a folding bed with mattress. Sleep there was very uncomfortable :( - Bad soundproofing in room, we heard everything from street - Not a single iron for whole hotel - Only italian channels on TV

Good availability by public transport, unfortunately is was not possible to get some map of bus lines. Hotel was nice inside, rooms with windows to the street were noisier, the breakfast was very good.

I think the government of Firenze try to reduce quantity of tourists. Bad public transport (buses), price increase of city tax etc. It will be not good for hotels.

Not bad at all, everything is just as expected and very good... easy check in & out, good size & comfortable room & bathroom, room has fridge & tea kettle, very simple but sufficient breakfast, location is not bad. staff at reception is friendly but breakfast is not so friendly. We managed to get street parking and walked to Florence old town

Really nice location, just outside the city centre, but like 4 busses who bring you to the centre in 10 min, also amazing staff super friendly
