Tasty breakfast, perfect location, fast and smooth check-in & out. Fascinating balcony!!!

Horrible noice from the toilet water tank after each flush. Half of sockets aren’t usable.

The staff are accomodating and polite. The room was cleaned everyday and we were given fresh towels. It is in an old building but everything was working as they should and our room is very clean and comfortable.

Just the initial misunderstanding about arranging for twin beds instead of a double. We were given an approval when we first booked the property. I asked about it again before arriving, but the email was misunderstood. However, management quickly arranged for the beds that we requested; I was happy with how they made the room ready for us to use quickly.

We stayed couple of nights in this pretty hotel at Florence. Honestly I wasn’t expecting much, but to my surprise it was a great hotel. Our room was really spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The furnitures are old as mentioned by other but that didn’t bother us at all. A special mention to the lady in the front desk - ALMA. She is a pure soul and so helpful. All the staffs were great. We reached in the property a bit early but Alma made sure we had access to the room within 30 minutes and also helped us with warm water so that we can feed our child.

The hotel surpassed our expectations - the room, the bathroom, and overall the hotel are clean. It offers all the necessary accommodations for a short stay - our room was airconditioned, with double bed, TV, and mini fridge, as well as with its own bathroom supplied with toiletries. The breakfast was delicious. The room was cleaned every day. The staff was very helpful - they allowed us to deposit our luggage in advance, before check-in, and welcomed us in the hotel outside of the official opening hours of the reception.

Was made to feel so welcome. Exceptional value for money. All tourist areas with easy walking distance.

Easy walk from the train station, and for anyone staying in December it is just across the street from the big wheel and Christmas market. I was given an upgrade to a better room than I had booked, I guess being December not many guests. A great base for exploring the city, I could come and go easily via various streets and did not always need to pass the busy station area, I took back streets some days to places like San Marco. Places to eat nearby, you don't have to go back to the city centre if you return to hotel after sightseeing and then don't feel like walking far again for dinner.

The 2 staff we encountered were very friendly and extremely helpful. The property had a very homely feel. Location is great. 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes to the main square with the duomo. Perfect place if you are just looking to lay your head, shower and set off exploring Florence and Tuscany. Great air conditioning.

One socket on the wall didn’t work. Not the most luxurious stay but the location is great.

Absolutely lovely stay. Very nice spaces room with balcony and good view. Valentine at reception did exceptional service! Didn't try breakfast but I've seen that was good selection of pastries. Location is perfect, just 10 minutes walk from central train station and famous attractions of Florence. Was very good contact with hotel before arrival, as you need to arrange and provide the time of your arrival. You will have very smooth check in and after you going to have your own keys to the main entrance, as reception has limited working time. Thank you for your hospitality.

We were received with warm welcome by Alma and even though it was not breakfast time, she provided us with tea. The staff is very accommodating, we got a room before check in time and Alma made sure we are comfortable. the breakfast was nice and view from balcony is amazing. you can enjoy your coffee with the nice view. The room was alright, provided with all basic amenities. the location is not bad, if you don’t mind walking ~2 kms to main spots. all in all, excellent stay in best price.

the washroom light was a bit dull. this can be improved in our opinion.

The hotel is located on the first floor which you can access by taking the elevator. It's cozy and they let us stay in a bedroom on the same floor. You can walk aprox 10 mins to get to the touristic attractions. It is also 5' from the tram station which is quite convenient if you need to go to the bus station.

The breakfast was good, though it didn't include fruit.
