A real jam just off Rome centre! Due to the severe hot weather, we could combine our vacation to both city tours (morning and late afternoon) and poolside in midday. Excellent value for money

It is a bit far away from any tourist attraction and you need to use taxi with every time you leave/return

Everything, the way that the hotel was designed for the purpose of providing an environment where people can enjoy their time outside walls of the city, the greenery surrounding was really beautiful and refreshing, the two restaurants were very nice and kept us in the hotel without having to worry about where we would find food. The artistic and modern style of the swimming pool, and just perfect temperature of the water was on point, the clean and comfy rooms, the lighting and linens, the amenities, the atmosphere of all over the hotel, the SMELL of lavender everywhere and, the beautiful interiors and artworks. They really did a great job out there! I would advise anyone to bring anti mosquitoes spray to avoid getting bites.

Breakfast had lots of options, coffee wasn't great, pool was very nice not ideal for swimming but great to relax. Shuttle service was a plus, £5 per person and takes you to Plaza Venezia.

Location was a bit far from the center and bus stop isn't very close.

the food was INCREDIBLE! I cannot rate the buffet dinner in the restaurant enough & very cheap! only €30 per person, all you can eat & came with a bottle of wine & free flowing Peroni beer on tap. there was so much to choose from & the desert was amazing. best cheese cake of my life. to top it off, you can opt to not have your room clean & for each day you will receive a €20 voucher & drink coupon to be used at the resort, we used the €20 voucher towards our dinner & got two beers with the drink voucher following day. i would come back to stay just to have their buffet dinner again, cannot recommend this place enough!

The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options available with many open tables to sit at. My kids loved the breakfast buffet. The bar on the main floor was a lovely place to spend the evening after a long day sight seeing.

The check-out process is terribly slow. Luckily we paid for our room and taxes during check-in and booking. The line barely moved in ten minutes so I ended up leaving my room keys on the counter and left. A recommendation; the staff should prioritize guests checking out around 11:00. There is an express check-out option on the hotel QR code website, but it doesn't work unfortunately.

The hotel is gorgeous, the buffet breakfast was really good and plenty of options. The location is a bit random but there's a really good gelato shop not far away it does vegan and sooo good! Local supermarket aswell which us handy, the staff in the hotel are really helpful

The bed was rockhard, like lying on a brick it did not move 🤣 its a shame the indoor pool is charged at £15 for the day and not included.

Pool area was nice with a small bar at the pool. Breakfast and dinner was great in the main resteraunt for dinner, on site parking good was really good too as we arrived by car. The hotel runs a regular shuttle in and out of Rome centre right near the Forum which was great.

Only issue was that when a conference was on the conference guests had totally overhwelmed the pool area and there was not much interest from pool staff in finding what appeared to be unused lougers for other guests

Great spa facilities with great indoor pool and lovely spacious clean rooms. loved the fact we could use the minibar and this was replenished daily and that there were water dispensers everywhere to fill up your bottles. bed was really comfortable and staff were friendly and accommodating. Family friendly. Shuttle service available and near a great pizza place, ice cream parlour (fantastic) and family owned restaurant (la smorfia - looked after us and was delicious)

We had issues with the air conditioning on the first night and as I am quite heavily pregnant and we had our toddler with us, it wasn’t comfortable. One of the staff members in particular was very helpful and accommodated us to a larger room as due to government interventions, use of gas/electricity has been discouraged (quite ridiculous). nonetheless, the air-con was turned on after a couple of days which meant we were fine. The shower did fill up with water even when you took the drain plug out, it didn’t drain.

luxury and comfort with helpful staff and being able to converse in English with staff…made the stay easier and enjoyable

for me the property, was perfect. if you want to be walking distance from city centre, this property is about 20 min drive from the centre, but they had a shuttle, so access was easy for 7 euro per ride while I was there.

Hotel room was clean and spacious, great option to skip your room clean in exchange for a bar or shuttle bus to the city voucher. A shuttle bus runs to the city and back with a few times to choose from in the day for 5 euros per adult and 2.50 euros for children. A 20 min taxi ride to the city or the H bus stop is just 5 min walk down the road for $1.50 - you can purchase tickets at reception. Facilities were super clean, water station with filtered, chilled water on each level which was great. Pool was gorgeous. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options. Beds were on the harder side which we loved. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone.
