We were traveling for first time in Rome and stayed there for 7 days. The location is very good. It is very close to everything.We were very impressed with the location, 10 mins from the Colosseum and 5 mins walk from the train station. Breakfast was good. .The owner of the house (Leo )was very helpful. Staff (Alessia) was lovely and helpful, she gave us a lot of useful informations about the city . The room and the bathroom were very tidy and well decorated, and the beds so new and comfortable.we slept so well.

it was in a lovely old building, bright with high ceilings. A comfortable stay with a free breakfast at the cafe near the entrance. In a good location to see sights in Rome.

accommodation is on the street corner, breakfast was served down in the cafe, consisted of croissant, coffee and sandwich, fully sufficient, the stay met our expectations, most sights available on foot, Leo was nice, during the stay the hair dryer broke, immediately got a new one :)

I was extremely satisfied with this accommodation and feel that I got way more than my money's worth. It's very close to the main train terminals and big attractions such as the collosseum. The staff members that assisted us were very kind and extremely helpful. To add on to our experience over New Years, they gave us a lovely bottle of prosecco for free with a beautiful hand-written card.

I loved our stay. Nothing to add that was negative.

Fantastic location in walking distance of many major tourist attractions. Mr Leo was very helpful and attentive; the rest of the staff were friendly and communicative. Comfortable and clean room with lots of light. Comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again!

No major problems. As other guests have mentioned, the window faces the restaurant side, so there is much activity below, and the restaurants throw out their glass bottles early in the morning, making loud noise. Not much to be done about that though. Besides that, sleeping was peaceful. The bathroom ventilation is weak and the shower head needs a little cleaning as the water shoots in every direction but still has strong pressure. An en-suite room would have been more convenient, but none were available at the time.

This BnB totally exceeded our expectations! It was cheaper than other places we looked at, so the value for money was great. The best thing is the location - you're in the middle of everything with a short walk to main attractions such as the Colosseum, and you have breakfast in the next door cafeteria with a view over the beautiful cathedral at the square. A delicious American breakfast (toast, eggs, bacon, coffee, juice) at the cafeteria is included, but you can change it for Italian breakfast (pastry and coffee) if you like. The facilities were great, massive plus for the espresso machine in the room, and for the fact that everything in the mini fridge was included, AND we even got a bottle of wine as well! Room was very clean and was tidied every day and towels changes every few days. Leo is a great host who showed us where all the good places and restaurants are. He was also very helpful with our very late check in (1AM); he sent us a detailed description of how to get in. The other staff we met were also very nice.

The bed was comfortable, but a bit annoying that the double bed has two separate top mattresses which kept gliding apart. Our window faced a side street which was quiet for being in such a central area, BUT there were very loud noises at like 4-6 AM, which sounded like the nearby bars throwing huge amounts of bottles into a bin on the street. This was a bit annoying and I wonder whether Leo could perhaps talk to the bar owners and ask them to not do this between e.g. 10 PM and 8 AM.

Location, breakfast, room, etc were excellent. Leo was very kind and helped us when we needed some advice of any kind. The room very confortable and modern.

great location everything is a walking distance from the hotel. the staff are very welcoming and helpful and they speak english. room and water are well heated if youre coming in the winter. there is a very nice restaurant right next to the hotel with good food and nice staff. overall a wonderful experience

the room is smaller than what it looks in the picture but it wasnt a big problem. safe box didnt work but they gave us a key for the box

Super location. Great local atmosphere. Very clean. Nice calm decor. Cheerful staff (when available). Fridge, coffee-maker, ironing board, all useful. Leo is very responsive and helpful.

In our room the fan and coffee-maker did not work. But to be fair, Leo and his team arranged for replacements quite quickly. The real down side is that there's no luggage rack. Leo, perhaps you could put one by the window?

they staff was friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and allowed to access our room upon arrival. a nice Breakfast was included at a cafe nextdoor with a coupon provided by the B&B

Our room did not look like the images on the site. Much more simple and informal but was clean and comfortable. The courtyard often smelled of garbage due to the containers being stored in that area.
