Everything was great but…only a small note. The walls must be very thin as I would hear the next door guests full on conversation, there were NOT loud, there were just talking… also during the night I heard the next door guest snoring! I know I am a light sleeper but if I heard them snoring and talking then I think its mean that the walls must be very thin.

Fantastic staff! Special thanks goes to Keit in reception! You are a super host! Helped us a lot and it was adorable! Have not met such caring and helpful person in all my travels around the globe! Breakfast: Good selection, fresh, and good service! About room: Good size room. Fresh and modern. Realy good bed. Fantastic shower room with spa bath. (As I selected such room). Clean and beautiful. Location: 7 min walk from train station Termini. 20 min walk to Colosseum. 5 min to the subway. Near by: Good restaurants right outside and up and down the street. Small shop right below. Location peaceful and safe. Next time in Rome? No reasons to search for another hotel. Will go back for sure!

Staff very kind, every question answered and every small issue that arose during our stay were dealt with immediately. Very comfortable beds with memory foam pillows. Breakfast included: fruits, cereal, pastry, fresh juice, fresh coffee, which changed almost daily.

For a 4 star hotel in the center of Rome, the breakfast was very limited in options. Breakfast offerings that could have changed every couple of days: - 1 platter of 1 kind of dried salami (the same all week) - 1 platter of 1 kind of cured meat (the same all week) - 2 platter of 1 kind of cheese each (the same all week): one fresh I believe to be mozzarella and one swiss cheese. - scrambled eggs with bacon

The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Termini station. The hop on hop off bus is right next to the station. There are lots of restaurants close to the hotel. Room was very clean and recently renovated. It was spacious enough for our family of 4. Staff were very helpful. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking to explore Rome.

Good price, comfy bed and staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good. Very close to the metro and easy to take the bus. Also only 20 min walk from the Colloseum, Trevi fountain and more.

The room was a bit dark, it was very low and the window faced an alley.

The hotel was clean and convenient to Termini station. It was easy to access the metro and train station.

The location is close enough to the train station and on the way to many of Rome's major sight If you want a typical hotel experience at a cheaper price, this hotel will have the 24/7 front desk support though it is on the smaller size compared to hotels around the World (as are most hotels in Rome) I also stayed at another 3 star hotel nearby days before and although the price was cheaper, the experience is also different as this hotel have the professional and usual hotel experience, whereas 3 stars and below will have the cozy mom and pop self run experience. I enjoyed both. I didn't try the many restaurants in the area as I already planned my "foodie" tour of Rome, but most things are within 30minutes walking distance and you'll be sure to find something regardless of budget or taste buds.

Although I only spent an extra 5 minutes to look around and google, the hotel was a little harder to find as they do not have a large entrance or sign and is located on the second floor of a building. The hotel is relatively close to the train station, but it is still a bit away considering we were pulling our luggage around Rome's uneven floor.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. 20 min by foot from Fontana di Trevi which is very convenient since other popular spots are nearby. It is also super close to the Roma Termini train and metro station. The building itself is really good looking, the employees at the reception give you all the information needed, if you arrive early your suitcases can be locked in, until check in. The breakfast was nice, there are both sweet and salty options which is great! Also for drinks all options are available, water, juice, coffee, tea. The room was clean, as well as the bathroom, and towels are changed daily.

The only thing I was slightly disappointed is the "room view", since we booked a room for 3 adults, and the windows were extremely small and overlooked like an indoor courtyard and had basically zero daylight, so you got a bit of a dungeon feeling with the dark. I was not aware by the pictures about that. But I suppose that other regular rooms have street views or at least bigger windows. Not a big deal though because after breakfast, we spent the whole day sightseeing and returned only in the evening to the room.

The hotel has a great location next to Republica square near by Termini station between both metro station. Everything was great, the staff, breakfast and the services. The last day i asked for earlier breakfast and the staff was so kind to provide such. There were some minor issues, but on the whole the stay was perfect. Thank you

Everything was great and perfect, only the following stuffs can be improved: 1.It was not possible to check-in with Indefinite Identity card (retired person over 65 years old) for EU. We had to use the passport instead the Identity card. 2.The TV set was so weird to be turned on and set on any programms. 3.For 4* star hotel there was neither any soap nor disposable slippers. 4.The towels weren't changed for the whole stay of 5 days.

Staff were really helpful and welcoming - a special “thank you” to Kate who really helped us get situated and provided excellent suggestions and advice. The location is great as a base for moving around the city and is surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. Our room was decent size for two - super clean, fresh and with good AC, which was perfect for when we came back to the hotel during the extremely hot summer in Rome.

Breakfast was ok. It was Italian style, meaning a lot of pastries, yoghurts and juices to choose from. Luckily for us, who are more fans of American- and English breakfasts, there were a few selections of ham, salami and warm food like hard boiled eggs and couscous. Unfortunately no laundry service at the hotel, something to consider for a long-stay holiday.
