The room was very large and historical. We like the decoration of room. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is close to Termini station, only 8-9 minutes by walk.

The shower was too small

The vintage pieces and the old elevator were nice, the location of the hotel very close to train, metro, restaurants, supermarket and very nice neighbourhood- plazza de teatro di opera. The hosts were very nice and kind, helped us with everything we needed. Cold water anytime The room cleaning was made everyday

The window view was in an ugly backyard. No refrigirator in the room. Some of the room furniture was old and not nice. Poor breakfast.

The two younger reception staff (1 female and 1 male) were welcoming and helpful. Central location.

Cleaning staff were shouting to each other down the hallway on my check out day for literally hours. Not how I like to start my day. I guess all other rooms had checked out so perhaps they thought the last guest didn’t matter? I checked out before 10am. My bed had clearly been broken and repaired previously but it was so near to breaking again that I didn’t want to sit or sleep on the side nearest the only PowerPoint. I also had no hot water on my arrival night but it was repaired within an hour of notifying staff.

Location is great, 10 minute walk from the main termini. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. 20 minute walk to Trevi fountain, lots of shops and places to eat along the way. Few minutes walk to the hop on-off bus stop. Breakfast was a nice selection.

Couldn’t get the air-con to work, but we were only in the room to sleep. In the evening you can hear the people passing in the street who can be quite loud. Last time I stayed we were in a room overlooking the courtyard and this wasn’t noticeable.

Beautiful location and expectional receptionist. The breakfast was very good and they prepared us our favorite breakfast out of courtesy and helped with the best places to eat and see.

Nothing to hate l, just that the room was too small for 4 people. It should have been a little bigger as it felt like a dorm.

Masimo, the all around guest service man, was very cordial and helpful. We had an early tour on our first day so we asked if breakfast could be earlier, he came through and arrived an hour ahead of usual schedule just to prepare food for all 18 of us, which was very much appreciated.

Some things didn't work like a ref or hair dryer but we had all their rooms booked so our family just "shared" the things that were working. Elevator of the building also seemed to need an upgrade but it did add to the charm and it was shared for all other hotels in the building so not really on this property to manage.

We were greated by the very welcoming owner who made us feel right at home and had great tips for transportation and restaurants in the city. The rooms look good and are in decent shape. This is no luxury residence, but great value for money. The windows blocked most of the noice and the AC kept the room cool. While the beds were ok, they could do with an update.

The matress had seen better days and the headboard was showing its age and use. Since this is the primary utility in a hotel, some updates should be considered.

The owner is a fabulous host, on arrival gave us a map with details of which restaurants to visit and gelato stores. Each recommendation was absolutely spot on. The room was a good size, including air conditioning & the bed was very comfortable. We stayed as my partner was taking part in the Roma marathon. Perfect location - 10 minute walk from the main termini & lots of attractions within 20-30 minute walks. Breakfast again was lovely, with fresh warm croissants, fresh fruit, eggs, ham, yogurts…and the coffee was of course superb! If we are to return to Rome I would 100% stay here again.

The bathroom as a little on the small size, but okay for a short stay!

The B&B is within walking distance from the Termini station. From here I could easily explore the eternal city. The room was very spacious and well-ordered. The style of the furniture fits the ceiling and walls nicely. Besides the nice ceiling, everything I needed was available in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In the mornings I enjoyed the variety of the presented breakfast; don't forget to try the Cornetti. All in all, I experienced my stay at La Reggia dei Principi as very pleasant and would definitely recommend it to others.

What I didn't like? - That I had to go back to the cold up north!

Location is very good, near to Roma Termini, just 5 minutes of walk and quite close to metro stations Reppublica and Termini. Right in front of the Teatro dell Opera. Breakfast excellent and room war clean and good. Very pleasant atmosphere and quiet. quite close to the city center and main attractions even by walking.

Everything was good whatever is up to the hotel and staff. Though neighborhood is full of immigrants from different countries. they sleep on the street and scenery to see people sleeping on the street and odor is generally disgusting, but the hotel can do nothing about it. as soon as you are indoors, the facility is clean and you feel safe.
