The location was convinient and not too far from metro station (11 min walk) Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Area is safe. Lady that let as in and did check in was very friendly and provided us with all information that we needed. Even that there were other people staying in other rooms, nobady bother each other. It was ok to stay there for 2 nights and the price wasn't that expensive.
There were few small things like mold in the shower seels. Shower holder needs fixing. Same as a handle on the door as it was falling out.

Seemed that bed clothes was not washed used second time. They were also not ironed, that makes it suspicious. Also towels where with spots that cant be washed out. Strange. I think such towels should be changed to new ones.

You don’t get the whole aparment, just the room with private bathroom, so you share apartment with others, while room itself is small and very basic. Also donwstairs neighbor was yelling at as

It's not clean. When we arrived, we were greeted by a woman who said that we could leave our things there and if we wanted to go to the city, she would clean it. When we came back it was the same, hairs all over the floor and dust, the common kitchen is also dirty. Long story short, I think they could work on maintaining the space, because it's not very pleasant to stay in a dirty place.
