The apartment is nice, clean and cozy and in a great, safe location. The hostess was very nice as well. Extra bonus the breakfast in the nearby cafe. We were able to leave our luggage at their premises after checking out!

Something minor but there was not a wardrobe in the room. One more chair would be useful as well! :)

The location is great, just a few minutes away from the metro station lepanto. At every step you have a cute cafe, or pizzeria, or a pub which is very very nice to have. The owner is a great person, super friendly, gave us a few recommendation of where to go eat, what to visit. The croissants and coffee at the place downstairs are heavenly!

I really did enjoy my stay, but if I had to be honest, and I say this with much love in my heart, for the place, for my trip, for everything, the place could’ve been a bit cleaner. Ovet all, the room, the bathroom were good, but in detail, when we wanted to open the window, the dust stuck to our fingers, the corners of the room, were also full of dust, as well as the bathroom. The sink had fingerprints with dust on it. Also, someone was supposed to come clean the room on Sunday, but no one did. I dont intend to upset the owner cause she is really lovely, but a bit more care at the tidyness and cleaness of the room, would be even better.

The owner let me arrive early and the room was ready. It is a beautiful room, very clean and comfortable. There was a little welcome tray of sweets and toiletries. There was a kettle in the room, but I couldn’t find a socket to plug it in where it would work (maybe my failing not the accommodation?!) but there’s a microwave and coffee machine in a little shared office space so it was fine. The property is less than 5 mins walk from the metro which takes you to Termini in a few minutes. Lots of restaurants in the area. Also a short walk to the Castel San’angelo and done other sights.

The place was very clean, and they would come and clean up each day. You get to live in a nice building (probably historic) with a fancy elevator (not sure if it's working but it's cool nonetheless). Great location; you can reach metro and bus stations in max 5 minutes and the major attractions are in a 30 minutes walk. The area is full of bars and food places . They give you an included breakfast at a local bakery . Some reviews mention that is too small, but from what we saw, it's a "traditional Italian breakfast", which we were OK with (nonetheless the pastry is delicious) .

For us it was not that of a big issue, but it is worth mentioning that the staff lady does not speak English (but she is a very, very nice person). So be prepared with Google translate :) .

location was good. Good access to transit once we had figured it out. Hostess very friendly and went out of her way to overcome language miscommunications. Truly a Rome experience. close to some wonderful eateries.

Miscommunication about need for air conditioner. Wifi password was incorrect in the room but figured it out

Romina (and her family) were very helpful & eager to answer any questions we asked. The accommodation was very clean & comfortable. Great location. Close to all the usual tourist sites & restaurants. Best of all they were genuine lovely people & helped make our time in Rome memorable.

Would have liked some kitchen utensils to prepare lunches.

The location was perfect close to the Lepanto Metro stop. The host Romina was great and lovely. her colleague Jennifer was excellent. The WiFi was very good. The room was quiet and clean.

The check in could have been smoother because of language barrier.

Very central location and very friendly and diligent staff. Room gets cleaned each day and towels get replaced. Very great air conditioning, espacially on hot days.

There are possibile language difficulties, in case one does not speak Italian.

The warm welcome made the staying special from the first moment. We had all the caring and help that one could need and more! The place is really well located, the room not just convenient, but comfortable and cozy!

The room was great for a city break for 2. Good location, very close to Vatican (on foot) and Metro station.
