I recommend Regolo rooms to everyone. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood near the Vatican. You can reach all important sights by walking. There is also a metro station nearby. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The receptionist gave us all the necessary information and ordered a taxi to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. They were cleaned every day, and we were given as many clean towels as we requested. Good value for money compared to some other accommodation in Rome.

Something is wrong with the boiler. Hot water runs out too quickly.

Regolo Rooms Vaticano has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Emily and Chiara are there to help you with whatever you need to make your stay pleasant and stress free. They handled all our car services and tours. The iron in my room was not working properly and a new one was bought and delivered to my room right away. What is amazing is that these ladies actually want to help you make the best of your stay. I still can’t get over how wonderful this team is. As for the property, it was clean and close to everything.

Room was perfectly clean and spacious. In a good location, slightly out of the main city centre but we still walked everywhere. And it was nice to be away from the touristy areas. Also the restaurant directly across the road was amazing and exactly what we needed after a day of travel! Staff were very attentive and answered any questions I had and were always a friendly face when walking past reception. And a small aperitif in the room when we arrived was a nice gesture. They also were happy to look after our bags for us on the last day.

The staff were extremely friendly and happy to help with any queries we had not only about the room/ facilities but also with places to eat and how to get about nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were nearer to the Vatican City, street was not too busy which was nice as noise was not an issue when trying to sleep etc. Room was very clean and refreshments were provided on arrival and there were also drinks in the mini bar at which you could purchase. Bed was extremely comfy and there was also a TV with Netflix which was brilliant to put on to go to bed. Overall a great stay and I would definitely return!

Emily from the front desk at Regolo Rooms Vaticano was so sweet and helpful. The whole communication with the guest house went so smooth and well from the booking, through the check-in and to the check-out. The room was so comfy and cozy, equipped with everything we needed for a weekend escape. The location is key if you'd like to explore Prati and the area around the Vatican. We walked almost everywhere. There are a number of good restaurants, cafe bars, pasticcerias and shops nearby.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We were totally happy with our stay. We highly recommend Regolo Rooms Vaticano and we would love to stay there again!

The room is very beautiful and just as the pictures show. It’s very central to many attractions in Rome, including Vatican City and walking distance to the Coliseum. There’s many nice restaurants, coffee shops, and retail around the corner. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is nice and spacious. Check in process is very easy and both Chiara and Emily were very helpful, giving restaurant recommendations, a map of the city, and calling a driver to pick us up at 4:30am to take us to the airport. It’s an amazing deal for the price!

I loved everything about this wonderful stay, from communication before we went, being so accommodating and allowing me to organise a friend to pick up keys early. room was perfect, beds super comfy, bathroom and shower amazing, area was safe day and night and nothing was too much bother for staff. On last day we asked if we could stay in room a little longer. We were able to have room until midday, they kept our luggage and passports and when we got back in evening were so hospitable to allow us to change before airport. The hotel is directly above the most amazing bakery in Rome. It is opened to 9pm so does far more than breakfast along with amazing pizza, aperol spritz etc. It's super cheap. The restaurant facing hotel 3 quatri is also reccomended and amazing. So many bars and cafes nearby. 10/15 min walk to vatican and bus stops along main avenue. It was the perfect place to stay and room standards for Rome were amazing.

It was just perfect - nothing!

Our room was comfortable, clean, and decorated nicely. The location was perfect. The highlight of our stay at Regolo rooms was definitely Emily at the reception desk. This is a small boutique hotel with large emphasis on customer service!

Complimentary bottled water every day. The little market down the street sold it at a very reasonable price. It would not have been a very big expense for the hotel to provide it.

The staff is exceptional, they are really helpful and friendly. The location is really good. Most of the places are like 15-20 min by walk, so I would say it is pretty close to everything. Metro station is also very close. (Lepanto). The rooms are like on the pictures, I think they are quite spacious, the design is also nice. Bed is comfy, and with the curtains, you can create so dark, that you won't get awake, because of the light in the morning :) (I think, it is a nice thing, because it is always an issue, at least for me :) ) There is a breakfast place, called il Gianfornaio in the same building, and I think, it is very nince, we always ate there, and it was exceptional for me, I was satisfied. I don't know how italians make their coffee, but it is always really good and the croissant with pistachio and also the crispy, very thin pizza at that place, I liked it :)

Loved the location, close to the Vatican, walked everywhere (to the Colosseum, Borghese Gallery, Trastevere). There are also multiple bus and metro stations nearby. The staff were very kind, the cleaning service was excellent, daily cleaning of the room and fresh towels and linen every two days. The common area was equipped with all the essentials (coffee machine, glasses, plates, cutlery, microwave). We stayed in room 5 which was super spacious, large bathroom, good quality of the towels (we are very pretentious about this, we stayed at other places where the towel started smelling after the first use; not the case here). The temperature in the room was perfect, we could set it using both the heater and the AC. Had Netflix, Youtube, some books in the common library - loved it!

There seemed to be quite a lot of dust, not sure of the reason, but anyways they cleaned the room daily so it was not a problem. Also, if you stay more than a week, like we did, the wardrobe is a little bit small. A coat hanger on the wall at the entrance would do wonders!
