There is everything you need in the room: 3 types of towels per person, shower gel/shampoo, toothbrush with the toothpaste, electric kettle with cups, modern bathroom with very good shower facilities, bidet. The location is OK, there is a metro Lepanto in 10-15 mins. Overall the hotel is near Vatican, 20 mins by walk, 15 mins to Via del Corso street (piazza del Popolo). Very friendly host, Alex, he texted us in advance with all the details about the check-in, how to get there from the airport, which was super helpful. Also he texted some tips how to get around the city, where were the best places to eat etc.

There was some smell in the building and when you enter the suites. Nothing else.

The perfect service before arrival, the precise instructions upon our arrival, due to the fact that we arrived after midnight. The hotel is located on the side where the Vatican is, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood with several shops. there are bus stops and metro very close. the hotel really is excellent in terms of cleanliness, the incredible breakfast (whatever you can imagine) served right next to the hotel in a beautiful bistro. I would like to write it because in all the hotels I have been to, the services of this particular hotel pleasantly surprised me! in addition to kettles of coffee, tea, cookies, handkerchiefs, there were toothbrushes with toothpaste, I really have never come across that before. I recommend it without reservation for the service, kindness, cleanliness and the rich breakfast.

I didn't find anything negative

Beautiful hotel in a great location, within walking distance of the Vatican. The room was clean and comfortable and the fridge had complimentary drinks which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. I'd definitely stay again and would recommend this place to anyone going to Rome.

Reception was not staffed in evenings and housekeeping didn't make up my room on second to last day of my stay, I messaged via the Booking.com app to request fresh towels but never received any reply

We were very happy to find this gem of accommodation in a quiet location with great access to all the points of interest and great restaurants. The metro station Lepanto is within 5 minutes - 350 meters walk, and gelateria La Romana is within 4 minutes - 200 meters walk. The rooms are great, the beds are very good and the staff is very friendly. Andrea, the Hotel Manager, provided us with very clear instructions on how to access the rooms, and went out of his way to help us with all our requests. Thank you so much, Andrea!

We stayed for one night (2 adults and 2 children) while we wait to board our cruise the next day. It was clean and spacious, close to center, good AC, mini fridge, wifi, elevator, friendly staff, nice shower, and nice little details as walking slippers, shower caps, toothbrush, etc. But keep in mind staff is not 24hr, you get codes to enter the building and main entrance to rooms, you will find envelope with your room keys.

We didn't mind it, but elevator is small. We were glad it have one since a lot of places don't even have one.

The staff of the hotel is fantastic. From day 0 they sent us recommendations on how to go from the airport to the hotel not spending much. They allow us to leave the luggage on the last day since we have our flight at night and we had to do the checkout earlier in the day, they were very helpful. I would really recommend it to anyone that wants to go to Rome to visit the City, is 8 blocks away from the Vatican, the zone has a lot of restaurants around and the zone is super well to visit and eat The facilities of the property were more than expected! having a minibar, kettle, and air conditioner, and everything was working perfectly

Honestly, I can not mention something that I did not like, the hotel is super good, the price was perfect and the staff is 100/100. So honestly there is no negative sentence I can write for this property. If I have to travel

Big and clean room. Very big bed (two adults and one big child can sleep comfortably) Very helpful and friendly staff. Good location. Instructions on how to find and access the property were very clear. Walking distance to the Vatican (10min), as well as to the Navona plaza (15min). Easy to get to by metro. Good breakfast (vouchers provided for the cafe next door). No tricks! What was offered is what we received!

From our room, near the exit, we could hear other guests in the hallway, and the music from the bar near the hotel but certainly not that big of an issue. The 2nd bed of the couch was not very good (only for small kids).

The location was perfect for our needs. The suite was exactly what we had hoped for and extremely comfortable. We were happily surprised that our bed was made and new towels provided when we returned to the suite after a day of tours. The bed was very comfortable, and even though the area could be busy, we were never bothered by the street noise. The breakfast provided at the local restaurant was filling and kept us going throughout the days of walking and exploring. We would definitely choose Suites Farnese Design again.

Third visit to Rome but we had never been to Prati which is a lovely, quiet neighborhood very close to the main attractions, to the Vatican and to the Lepanto metro stop. It also has a life of its own with restaurants and bars where locals meet so we liked mingling with the Romans. The room is in an old building with very high ceilings, bigger than we believed from the photos, very clean and with very nice view of the area (too many gardens in the neighborhood). Alex was accommodating in a very polite manner. Breakfast was served in an adjacent building and was the typical buffet and I mean that in a good way. Certainly the room and its location made our visit much more pleasing.

Breakfast decent. Clean room. Convenient location. Andrea was very helpful and friendly.

The pillows could have been washed or changed to new ones as smells have been absorbed into them over time. Changing of pillow cases only would not help. The walls are thin and we could hear people in other units. When the windows are opened, the sound is even lounder.
