More Cola di Rienzo B&B0

Location is amazing, 10-15min walk from Vatican, bus station just a minute away and metro station 3-4 minutes walk, so it is very easy to reach city center (colosseum, pantheon, fontana di trevi...). Room is a good size, staff is wonderful and very helpfull, specially Federica who was available all the time on whatsapp for any questions and help we needed. Breakfast is excellent. The neighbourhood is very lively, lots of shops, places to eat and drink. Room is very clean. Bed is very comfortable. I would definitely come back!

The shower is a bit small and the shower door stays open for 1cm, the room could use just a little bit of an update, like fresh paint and a few bathroom shelfs to be screwed tighter to the wall...but very minor details, the overall state od the room is very good and very clean.

Services provided by Federica as well as her attitude and communication was excellent. She provided us with everything that we needed and the breakfast was great. Even on the last day of our stay, when we had to leave really early in the morning, she made sure to leave some things for us to have. The place was clean, easy to check in alone/remotely, and was located near many local restaurants and the Vatican.

Some small details, like the walls having few scratches, chair was a bit damaged and the corner of a wall was taped with plastic. Also, the AC couldn't be set to a lower temperature than the preset (but that could be a temporary thing due to the ongoing energy crisis).

The location was fantastic since it was in the center of Rome. Everything of interest was within walking distance. The neighborhood was nice. The landlady/person responsible for our apartment was very kind and super helpful.

The breakfast was OK for a B&B. However, the options were a bit limited. The cleaning lady didn't know English, so the communication was not optimal. She was a bit rude to us (while we couldn't understand what she was saying).

I enjoyed my stay at this B&B. The rooms are impeccably clean, the location is truly amazing, and Federica is very nice and helpful. One aspect that stood out to me was a convenient self-check-in process, as you do not depend on anybody and can arrive at any time (just make sure watch the detailed video instructions provided by the staff). It was my second time at this B&B, and without a doubt, I will choose it again for my future trips to Rome.

Love the set up of the B&B. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, delivered to the room. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the Vatican, and to many of the monuments and churches. Plenty restaurants close by. The staff was very professional and very nice. I highly recommend this place.

The check in was a little confusing. But it turn out good.

location of the property is amazing, you can walk or take a public transport which is also very close. we had our breakfast in the room, and it was really good. last morning before our flight, as we had to leave early our host came early to ensure we had our breakfast before the flight home. rooms were clean and tidy exactly same as per booking picture which was great not to have any surprises. next time I’m in Rome will definitely choose this B&B to stay. superb service!

beds could be a bit more comfortable.

It's well located in town centre. The room was exactly as on the pics , clean,comfortable and tidy . I liked that kitchen was easy accessible. ALso contacting host whenever, I needed some information she was replying quickly and giving all answers clearly and firmly. Lady managing the facility, as well as preparing breakfast in the morning and doing daily housekeeping, was always smiling 😃.

All was good.

Very clean and safe. Federica is a good host and told us about the best places to visit. She is also very adaptive to change breakfast menu if needed and she gave the best advice about the Gelateria (close and extremely good ice cream !). Used a taxi reservation from Booking for transportation from the Airport.

Need a bit more space (had to eat in the room because of COVID restrictions…) and the bed could be a bit more confortable. Some noises from the street (Rome streets are very noisy) but not especially related to the B&B.

The location was extremely excellent, nearby Vatican and a lot of local restaurants around. peaceful area. extremely polite and comforting host. Felt like home!

Breakfast could have been a bit more better. Would recommend travellers to keep their own portable iron. Iron was not available due to safety issues which is a genuine concern of the host.

The location is very central and close to many beautiful sightseeing places like the vatican and castel sant angelo. the property is also very tech friendly, which is awesome

you could hear a lot of noises coming from the street, but we notified the host and she arranged another quiet room for us immediately. 10/10 to the host for being so accomodating.
