The location is excellent - 6 minutes walk to the Metro subway and 3 minutes walk from the SIT bus stop from the airport. They also offered to arrange a ride for us to the location if we wished. Excellent Italian-style breakfast with croissants, meat and cheese, bacon with eggs, juice, and several types of coffee to choose from. I also appreciate that they have hangers in the closet and an electric kettle with a selection of tea to choose from. They also cleaned the room for us for each night we stayed.

Since we arrived on our own, we had a little difficulty finding which elevator and floor to go to. This is the first place we stayed in Rome so we did not know what to expect. Once you arrive at the building, enter through the front door, take the elevator right in front of you and go to the 1st floor.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Rooms were impeccably clean and maintained every day. Breakfast was nice, with fresh ingredients, although not so many healthy options. Staff were very welcoming, kind, and helpful. Location was perfect - in a nice neighbourhood close to all the attractions that can be reached by walking. The room we were in was facing the backyard so it was really quiet and peaceful.

Wifi was not great - we had connection problems almost every day which can be an issue if traveling for work. Luckily, the staff solved the problems each time we asked.

Everything was perfect. The room was very nice and clean. All the towels were spotless and it was all very hygienic. The location was perfect, next to a lot of bus stops and a metro station. The staff was incredible, we arrived late and yet they were there for us with a smile, always very nice and ready to help. The breakfast was really good (you leave a sheet with what you want to eat and when you want to eat it, and the next day you go to the breakfast area at the specified time and they bring you just what you asked for, all very warm and tasty). Overall it was a great stay, couldn't ask for anything better.

I definitely recommend this place, 10/10 rating without any thinking. Both Matteo & Sylvia are the best and really helpful and also the other people from the staff are so good and polite too. The breakfast was really good and the room was amazing and very clean, good AC, TV with a lot of channels, the bathroom was ultra clean too which is one really important thing. This place is located in one of the better parts of Rome ( a really peaceful area ), and it was like around 10 minutes walking from Vatican, Piazza del Popolo, also Castel St Angelo and the metro station are just couple of minutes away too. A lot of good places to eat close-by and also a lot of really nice parks close-by too. Enjoyed our time and definitely staying here again the next time when travelling to Rome. GRAZIE MILLE !!!

The room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and very clean. There was plenty of space to unpack and put things away. The bathroom was large and had a lovely rainfall shower. The property was in a lovely neighbourhood and felt very calm and quiet. The staff were really nice and friendly.

The only thing that could’ve been better really was the breakfast. The main part of it was the same every day - a rather rubbery, lukewarm omelette. If you have breakfast in your room, you only get that and the lovely croissants. If you have it in the breakfast room there’s a good selection of other things. It would’ve been nice to have some fruit. The breakfast times are quite restricted but that’s understandable for such a small place.

This hotel was recommended by friends who stayed there earlier this summer. It was fantastic! Staff was very helpful and arranged taxis for us to the Colosseum and the airport. Location was very convenient and safe, about a 10 min walk from the Vatican museum and Castel Sant'Angelo. We walked to dinner close by and enjoyed the area. There were a lot of breakfast options available. The room was very clean, which is always a priority. We are so glad we stayed here instead of the area by the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, which had an extremely crowded, Disney-like atmosphere.

Everything was great! The room was very comfortable, with a desk and two chairs, and plendy of room to move around. The double-pane windows protected from the noise and the building was in a very central road and you weren't afraid of getting in the hotel at any time of day or night! Everyone workng in this hotel is really polite and friendly, especially Matteo and Silvia, who are great hosts, eager to help with everything! The lady that was cleaning our bedroom came by every day and did an excelent job! And of course, the breakfast was great, really tasty, with a big variety of products of good quality (i tasted everything). I woud definatelly recoment it!

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent B&B in a beautiful building in one of Rome's best neighbourhoods. Our room with ensuite bathroom, overlooking a courtyard, was quiet, very clean and even provided slippers. The breakfast buffet was generous and we loved the fact that we could indicate in advance which hot drinks and foods (croissants, omelettes et cetera) we liked to have. The nice man who ran the breakfast service on most days even offered us extra drinks on the spot. The location is absolutely perfect for visiting Rome and even for luxury shopping if that's what you're coming for. Another brilliant feature as that the stop where you can board the bus to Fiumicino Airport is very near, so no need to travel to the Termini Station first. The Residenza also offers a paid shuttle service to and from the airport.

Very helpful staff, polite, kind, they really care about their clients, which is very well perceived and absolutely appreciated. The room was very clean, same goes for the whole floor. Small-mid size room but very comfortable shower and large bed.

I would recommend double curtains to avoid total darkness when privacy is needed. The WiFi in our room was non existent but the issue might have been temporary. The receptionists and hotel manager(s) tried their best to help us. It's a very lovely hotel, but slightly expensive for its size. However, service is absolutely excellent.
