Hotel Casa Valdese Roma

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. The room was spacious enough, air-conditioned. The hotel is relatively near a Metro station and is situated within a quiet part of Rome. There is a terrace that can be used on the 4th floor.

You have to plan your evening in advance to know when you would be returning since the hotel has a night key that you have to take if you want to return after midnight. Breakfast would benefit from a bigger variety.

The hotel is on a fairly quiet street, near to many tourist destinations. Within a few blocks it’s much livelier with lots of restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but nothing fancy. The breakfast is very substantial and they keep everything very well-stocked. Also, there is a rooftop patio you can use and they have wine to buy near the lobby, as well as some snacks, and water Staff is friendly and attentive, the desk is staffed to midnight. If you are out late, they need to make arrangements for you to come in. Overall it was an excellent value for the money and a nice stay. I would stay here again as a tourist.

My room had an armoire but no closet, and the elevator can be a bit slow so you may prefer a lower floor to use the stairs.

This hotel is unbelievable good, far beyond my imagination, I will suggest friends to stay here when traveling to Roma. The location is perfect, nearby metro station for 3 mins walking distance and connected with many bus routes. Staying here is quiet and convenient, compare with other hotels nearby termini which are noisy and complicated. They also provide breakfast, you can have coffee as possible as you can.

I hope they can realise that Taiwan is a country, not a city or province under CCP's ruling. WiFi is slow...

Location was good for easy access to metro and a short walk to local shops and restaurants. Our room was huge and had a double balcony. Plenty of space in and around the hotel. Location was peaceful and easy to find upon arrival. The included breakfast was very good with plenty of choice of food and drink. Also easy enough to walk to central Rome if desired.

It is really good place, with the excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. It resides in very quiet neighborhood. A breakfast is very good. Everything in a toilet is clean, in good condition and works good It has family atmosphere. It is possible to take freely wine and other drinks and snacks from the special room and only say about it in reception.

Booked this for my parents, 3 nights. I warned them that Italian breafast usually is jam and bread in plastic. But their feedback was that there was quite good variety of food: cheese, ham, crossaint, cereal, fruits. They also enyoed the terrace.

Booked 2 person room with double bed, got 4 single beds. Maybe this was explained to my parents, so not a big issue.

great location, easy 15 mins walk to Vatican, plenty of places to eat with 5 mins walk most directions, metro just round corner, great upper roof top terrace views of Vatican

breakfast ok, typical continental, cold meat cheese bread, boiled egg, cereal tea and coffee

Convenient location for public transport and tourist attractions.

The air condition was adequate but the room was still a little warm. The electrical circuit breaker blew but the staff quickly showed us how to fix it.

The hotel is excellent. Firstly, the location is great. You are in the center, walking distance to all main landmarks, but still in a quite residential street where you hear birds singing in the morning. The hotel staff is very attentive. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are very clean and beds super confortable.

Location was perfect, the terrace was very nice place for hanging, we liked that you can leave your room keys at rhe reception.

AC was little loud, the cattle for tea would be nice.
