The location is great. The B&B has 10 min walking distance from Vatican City. It is also possible to walk other attractions of Rome by walk. There are lots of good restaurants and shops around. The room was very comfy. The host was very nice. She prepared coffee and breakfast for us every morning and answered to all of our questions regarding the city. We did not have any problem with the keys, access to the room and all. Overall I recommend this place

We did not realize while booking that the private bathroom is outside of the room but still it was very clean and separated only for our usage. The window had to be closed all the time since there is traffic noise. Since the room has AC this was not a big problem for us.

Gabby was a very friendly host, took care of us with everything that had to do with facilities, room cleaning, food and even recommended several things to do and places to eat around rome. The B&B location is great! Yes you can use transport but it's also 10-15 minutes walk from the center. The room itself is very big and feels great to crash in after a long day. The bathroom/shower IS outside the room but it was stated and we never felt like we lacked privacy.

The Wifi reception was abit low in our room.

Good and spacious room. Caretaker Gabi is just amazing and very helpful. She guided us perfectly how to reach the location and even gave tips on getting around and good places to eat out. The location is good and is close to St. Peter’s Basilica and Castle San Angelo. Breakfast is simple but very nice and tasty. we had a great time. Our room didn’t have an attached bath but it was right across and there’s sufficient privacy as there are only three rooms. Gabi held our bags after checkout and overall stay was comfortable.

The host was extremely kind. She told us what to visit and do in Rome, gave us a map and circled every attraction that must be visited, told us what not do to, she prepared us for our trip. The place was very clean and in a nice and quiet area of the city.

The bathroom was not in the room, but in front of it. However, it was just for us, not the other guests.

It was extremely clean, the position of the property is close to all the attractions so no public transport is needed. We had our baby boy together with us and we got help with everything! The breakfast was complex and good! The host was amazing! (giving great tips like: transportation from the airport, visiting ideas, restaurants, etc.)

The plus is that there are just free numbers and the personal is very flexible in each current situation. Personal was really nice: we had great breakfast, all the necessary things (especially teapot was great because after many trips through Italy I can’t find it anywhere), there was a plan given us to visit Roma sights. Room was nice and air conditioning worked great (It’s really important this summer- it’s very hot outside). I’m happy have these days in Roma in this apartment. Thanks❤️

Very good place ir center of Rome. Simply reachable all common places. Vatican and Colosseum reachable by walk. Very plaesant and helpfull owner, helped to plan our vacation in Rome. Clean and big apartments, good breakfast. I’ll 100% recomend to others. Very happy this visit

The host is very kind and friendly, she agreed without any complaints or discussions to check-out much later than normal, which was very nice. The room is clean.

The room is part of an apartment, in the other rooms there are other guests, the noise from the common areas is heard quite clearly in the room, in this sense it is not suitable if you need to sleep until late, the quality of the products in breakfast is not very good. Besides that everything is OK.

Very friendly host who showed us a lot of good places to visit. Some nice places to eat nearby. The room was spacious and tidy, located in a very fancy building. Amazing location, 10min walk to the center. Bus from Fuimicino airport genuinely drops you in front of the building, amazing.

Our room was cosy, great air conditioning. The best location. Mrs. Gabriela was very helpful and hospitable. Our daily cappuccinos were perfect! Tasty Italian breakfast.
