The location was great, very close to the Vatican city, Castle Sant Angelo and Saint Peter's Basilica. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, they aided us with some things, like printing some visitation tickets, for example. The bed was very comfortable The food was also really good.

On two occasions the electrical panel stared buzzing. Not loudly, but hearable. This was easily fixed by re-inserting the key card in the electrical key card holder.

Superb hotel in a quiet location close to many bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the Vatican and 20 minutes to Spanish steps. Fantastic staff. Balcony on to garden was a great place for a glass of wine and relaxation.

All was nice and clean. In bathroom there were even toothbrush/toothpaste sets. All staff was very kind. For breakfast there were a lot of tasty foods to choose of. Special thanks to woman who was serving breakfast, she was super friendly and helpful.

Even before we arrived I was impressed. The hotel organised our transfer from the airport and back to it. This was great as we were 2 females travelling together and we don’t speak Italian. The bedroom was spotless and had everything you need for your stay. The shower was fantastic, towels excellent quality. The staff were all so helpful especially Monica the breakfast attendant. She was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were disappointed it was her day off on the day we were leaving. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The courtyard garden was a lot smaller in reality but that made no difference to us. It’s a lovely safe space to have a coffee and a cigarette if you smoke. The location of this hotel is brilliant. A 10 minute walk from the Vatican and with the help of a map supplied by the hotel and some excellent advice from the manager on reception we were able to navigate our way around very well. This was no mean feat for 2 woman who never use maps. Overall I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Very clean and modern, extremely warm and accommodating staff, delicious and generous breakfast, excellent location (direct access from Fiumicino on the SitBus shuttle and walking distance to the Vatican and various metro stations). Truly a highlight of our stay in Rome!

This was one of the best stays we had on our trip! The location is fantastic - walking distance to the Vatican and Castel Saint Angelo. In fact we took a wrong turn one morning and found ourselves smack in the middle of St. Peter's square! The staff was lovely, the breakfast delicious. Its close to a ton of restaurants. We very easily were able to grab a taxi and head to a different part of Rome where we would then walk around before grabbing a taxi back. The room itself was lovely. Plenty large (we had 4 suitcases and 2 backpacks between us and they were never in our way), with a comfy bed and a perfectly good sized bathroom. We had a small balcony off our room that looked into a garden which was perfect to sit and be at peace first thing in the morning or last thing at night. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our room was super comfortable. In the morning we had an amazing breakfast at the hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was perfect, just over 10 minutes walking from the Vatican, and we would also walk to anywhere else in the city, passing through famous spots.

We liked everything! We met Eliza at the reception, who was great and very polite. She showed us the best & closest restaurants to the stay. Breakfast was good and varied and the ladies that served it were super friendly and sociable. We can’t wait for next year to be back here.

For the price we couldn't have wanted more.

As it was a basement room it was a little damp but opening a window for a but sorted that, and price , staff location all made that seem irrelevant.
