The location was perfect, good area, the host is amazing she spoke English with me and Spanish with my girlfriend she let us keep our luggage there when we were leaving as we had a late flight, she is a native to Roma so she was able to tell us where to avoid and what good places to eat, she is very kind has maps to take for free that provide tours and places to see etc She also had umbrellas incase it rains that you can use, my girlfriend locked herself out of the safe in the room and host was out with friends she came Immediately to open it for her, she is very Accommodating, the breakfast was also great and there’s a little log book at the front of the reception that guests can leave notes for other guests, she has a full guide book for everything you need in Roma, would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Roma to stay here Ps: the bed is also very very comfortable and the shower is great

-Perfect location, right in the heart of Rome. You could easily get to all tourist places -Silvia is a great host. Will give you all the info you need and more. -Our flight was very late in the evening and we had access to a shared room to leave our luggage and could also use the service toilet when needed. This was very helpful and we really appreciate it! -The room was very clean and even though it was in a very busy area you could easily go to sleep at any time without hearing the street noise. -Would definitely come back on our next visit to Rome!

-Breakfast could be a bit more diverse. -Even though the radiators were hot, the room temperature was a bit cold for us. Had to sleep with socks on every night. I guess this is the downside of old buildings. -Some house slippers would help not feeling so cold in the winter season.

great location, spacious and clean

we were charged 20€ for arriving 15 mins after 7 pm

We thought Sylvia's kind and helpful presence during our stay was a real positive. She was quite literally willing to do anything to help, including rushing over at 11am.one night to check the elevator! We also loved the character of the old building, the excellent location and the views down on the street.

The lift, although interesting and quirky, was a little unreliable due to the tendency by other visitors to forget to close the gates.

Amazing friendly host and perfect location. Rooms were a great size and breakfast was very handy to have there. Air conditioner was amazing as it was the hottest few days we were there.

The beds were very hard, could possibly do with a mattress topper and pillows were not great. The apartment is very noisy so you can hear everything the other guests are doing which was especially annoying late at night when trying to sleep

The location was perfect in the centre of the city, close proximity to Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain and all the shops. Silvia the host was very nice and welcoming. Giving us all the tips on how to get around, where to eat etc. She also helped recognise the private pick up from the airport for 55 Euro which is worth it than taking taxi or public transport especially if you bring lots of luggage.

There was no shampoo provided. The bathroom needs some clothes hanger. The lift was really small but overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk fom Spanish steps. The rooms are big and comfortable. The place is very clean and with all the necessary utilities. And many thanks to the host Silvia who was so kind and always there to help us with everything we needed. Highly recommended, we will come back for sure!

Good position, light room, very fast internet

Breakfast was disappointing considering the €I45 Junior suite price, we know we have to DIY but we could have been given two coffee capsules, just one seems mean. There could have been fresh bread and/or brioche brought in in the morning and the fruit bowl needs refreshing to include bananas, grapes not just withered apples and mandarins.

I am not a fan of large anonymous hotels. This was a lovely small and intimate accommodation The room was very comfortable. Silvia was so lovely and accommodating. she even had gluten free bread for me in the morning. She was so helpful in her suggestions of how to navigate Rome and places to go. we had wonderful conversations with her and I consider her a friend now it is a perfect place to stay in Rome

I liked everything

The location was excellent for getting to see all the main attractions. Good choice for a continental breakfast. Loved the quirky old lift. The staff were very helpful

We booked a transfer from the airport and we were disappointed when the owner messaged the night before our arrival to say it was cancelled with no offer to book another. It added stress on arrival in Rome to sort it out.
