Good comfort and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Large family room. They stored luggage bedore check-out and when we returned, the luggages are inside the room. Very good free Coffee. Perfect location.

Not problem for me, but take are that have a long stair (without lift) tô arrive in the reception.

Modern and clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. We had a family room which was super comfortable, spacious and quiet. Location is perfect!

At certain points, the water was warm-hot, but never super hot. Also one thing to consider is that there are stairs to get to the reception.

Great location, right in the center of everything. About 78nutes to trevi, 5 minu6to the pantheon, 20 minutes to Vatican city, 20 minutes to colosseum.. plenty of restaurants around

Just be aware that you have to get to some stairs before getting to the reception area. The room size is on the small size biyt it's normal in Rome .

walls could be repainted and carpets cleaned. In our room there wasn’t a main light but it was fine. also there was a hole in the ceiling filled in with a pillow.

Excellent location. Big and comfortable beds. Very polite staff.

There was no hot water at the bath, after long wait it was just slightly warm. So we had to have very quick showers.

Location was excellent, very close to the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and shopping district. The room was not that large but comfortable. There was no breakfast which was unfortunate.

I would have like a breakfast option. The rooms were close together so we were woken each night by other guests coming in.

seemed to have no hot water first day of stay.. had to bring this to staffs attention multiple times before someone really did look into it and got it fixed by next morning (turned out entire hotel had the issue). overall new management seemed to be having teething issues.

Absolutely wonderful location & clean! You are minutes away from monuments and around the corner from Taxi stops if you need to get to/from the train station or the airport. You can walk anywhere as you’re in the middle of the city and there are a couple of great restaurants near by as well. The staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable! Would come back & it was great value. :)

If you have your windows open or cracked, you can hear the street but it is not bad at all. Soundproof if closed windows!

Great location - you can walk to all the main attractions within half an hour. Quiet despite being just off the main shopping street. Clean, comfortable, stylish rooms with nice touches like Ortigia toiletries. Friendly staff and we loved the WhatsApp concierge service to help make restaurant bookings. Recommend Cafe Vite next door for the quick, traditional Roman breakfast of coffee and cornetto at the bar! Would definitely return and recommend to everyone.

Location, style, rooms for the price/quality are perfect. Nevertheless hotel it’s located in the center of Rome that’s why it smells a bit inside (humidity like in all old buildings). Furniture can also be not that fresh in some parts but overall I liked the style of room, the service, bathroom, small details of interior decor. Highly recommend it for the price you get in the center of Rome especially
