Rhona's Rooms

The place was well situated at a great location, close to a metro station, a number of shops, and Spanish stairs. Lots of places to eat within close proximity. Also, main items (Trevi, Colosseum, Pantheon, etc) are within short walking distance. The staff was helpful and completely took into account any wishes we’ve had. The room had a wardrobe with sufficient hangers, a carpet so it wasn’t cold to walk barefoot, slippers, fridge always restaffed with bottles of water, all hygienic kit (incl tooth brushes and toothpaste). There was a towel warmer.

Our room had no window - we were informed up front about it therefore we had chance to cancel and rebook other places. However, for longer stays would suggest to give it a thought because one should sleep with AC on or with room doors open (little privacy) to get enough fresh air through the night. Also the breakfast are a little light - cookies, some cupcakes, yogurt, coffee/tea.

Excellent location and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Rome was a beautiful city with so much to explore, and Rhona's Rooms was the perfect place to compliment Rome. The staff answered so many of my questions and helped us get to, and from, the Metro/Roma Termini with a step by step guide. The room was clean, cozy, and in a superb location. Just a short walk to many of the main attractions. In some instances, taking a cab only yielded a few minutes less than walking, so we opted to walk and soak in the views. Would certainly stay here again. What a great way to wrap up our Honeymoon! The breakfast was a delicious option, too.

Nothing I didn't like.

The location is perfect. Wifi worked well. Check-in was easy. Very, very, very clean and staff was very kind to be sure that everything was right for our arrive.

The main problem that I found was that the description of the place led me to think that it was a hotel, but it wasn't. Anyway, keep in mind that it is more like a room from a great house than a Hotel with 24/7 reception.

Location was fantastic. Excellent facilities, very safe and Daniela the property manager was able to speak English very well which was extremely helpful for us.

Nothing negative to say about the property, it would have helped if we had google maps to follow and a phone to use to ring Daniela when we arrived but some lovely Italian men on another floor rang for us.

Great Staff, great contact. We are very satisfied after our anniversary there. We will definitely come back! :)) Clean room, fresh towels and other stuff, flexibility, good italian breakfasts. Everything is near from here! We've enjoyed!

There was no window in the room (but we knew it before we came) and no view from window in the bathroom. Breakfasts was almost the same everyday but it is just a mini-minus. We are still very happy that we have been there :)

the place was clean & the lady at the reception was always nice & caring which i really like since i was there alone .. definitely coming back , location was good but so many reconstruction work outside ! sure by summer it will stop .. otherwise things were fine

upon arrival the driver they send to me asked me for extra 45 when he picked me up just because he talked to me about the city , i thought he was sharing his knowledge didnt know that i will pay for a tour that i didnt agree to take !! the second one changed his mind & asked me for extra 25 euro because he came at 7 :00 and i asked him to come & help me with my bags that he didn’t understand so he said there was a delay !! clearly i asked for uber instead which cost me less than that! definitely not asking for their help next time

From arriving to leaving our stay was wonderful. Everyone was very helpful and even before we arrived we knew that Rhona’s Rooms was a great choice by how helpful they were when communicating on booking.com. Continental breakfast in the morning was great, with a few nice little touches too. We’d like to thank everyone for our stay and will be recommending this to anyone visiting Rome.

there wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The location is impeccable. A few minutes walk to the Spanish steps, not too far away from the travi fountain. Center location to shops and restaurants. Room was 10 out of 10. Good air conditioning, basic room facilities were provided like hair dryer, fridge, shampoo, clean towels etc. Breakfast was sent to your door every morning. Highly recommended!

Everything about the property was brilliant! It is located in a super central location, 2 minutes from the Spanish steps and next to so many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The communication with the host was excellent. Definitely coming back again!

All and especially the fact that the location was in the heart of Rome!

The breakfast was very poor compared to the extra price paid for it.
